Modern Home w/ Private Pool, Central AC, WiFi, Private W/D, & Private Gas Grill

Overall stay was good!! Cons: House was not that clean. Walls had dirt marks all over them, couch had spill stains microwave was broke( they put an additional one on counter though). Shower head was cracked and spraying all over in one bathroom, other bathroom had shampoo and conditioner bottles in shower that were empty (false advertisement). Garage was not clean and had dirt and debris all over. Biggest disappointment was the pool area. Pictures showed lighted area and exceptional manicured. Reality… cut wires all over, light switches that did not make sense or work, grill area cracked and dirty had to use lighter to ignite. Pool flotation devices all punctured and unusable. Pros: pool was clean, beds were very comfortable, check in was simple. Putting green awesome. Overall the place needs some work and a little care. could be great if taken care of. Better than a hotel. 6/10 rating

There was no dish towels or dish soap

Wish I would have gotten the pool warmed. It was cold!! Maybe suggestion of heating the pool? I wanted to know the sizes of the beds. And there was nothing on the website or when I finally reached out to someone. Master has a cal king bed, guest a queen maybe a full and the final room a twin on the top of the bunk and on the side and a full on the bottom bunk, room was tight but it worked out. There was also a roll a bed in the closet which was cool to see. Overall adorable home!

Great property. Very private and quiet. Plenty of space to spread out. Everything was very clean and in good working order. Kitchen was well equipped. Great location with easy access.

A nice, spartan place to call home for a few days.

The listing is not correct it’s not a mini mansion it’s just a common house with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms nothing spectacular and it’ wasn’t clean omg!!!! My pet peeve is cleanness and it wasn’t I sent pictures and I’m still waiting on a reply I don’t think I’ll be using them anymore!! Sad customer!!!

We stayed 3 nights and we had a great time. It was in a great location, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool a lot and had fun enjoying the backyard view. Definitely would stay again!

It was very comfortable and enough space to where we could have an area to get some quiet the putting green was a big hit

Backyard is very relaxing and fun. House was good size for our needs with plenty of towels and linens.

Didn’t allow early check until 4 almost whole day was gone for the price we paid guest restroom was backed up shower and sink wouldn’t drain , pool wasn’t clean And they kept controlling the air and was so hot had to use floor fans with the crazy heat! Highly not recommend worst stay we’ve had

Great property only concern was WiFi was spotty

Starts with the front door lock pad not working. Ten minutes on the phone waiting on another code that doesn't work. Ran the hot water side of the bathroom sink for 10 minutes and never got hot. Realized the supply lines to the faucet are installed backwards. You have to turn on the handle to the cold side to get hot water. Next morning wanted to use the pool but it was green with algae. Called the problem in but i'm pretty sure no one came till the next day. Needless to say we were unable to use the pool the entire trip. The tv kept buffering and freezing. Called that in and someone came out the next day to fix but unfortunately it wasn't corrected. So was unable to use the tv in the living room the entire trip. Kept noticing an odor in the kitchen, living room area. Opened the cabinet door under the sink to find a huge metal bowl full of sewage water. We never used the kitchen the entire stay, wonder how long thats been leaking. Smelled gross. I was also required to put the garbage and recycling out. Went out to find 5 garbage cans full of other peoples garbage and recycling. I've called and documented all these complaints with the management company. There solution was to offer me a 100 credit. I would not recommend this house to my enemy!

Great place for a quick stay, this was our second stay and everything was still kept up as our last visit. Would stay again!
