This rental was in a quiet older neighborhood. The quiet was exactly what we needed. The house was clean and cute. The yard was covered in leaves and tree droppings, which we tried not to track in. I would give this property 5 stars except for the following: The floors had huge gaps between tiles and a patch of missing flooring near the garage door. With the threat of fines posted throughout the house, we were extremely wary walking around for fear of tearing up additional tiles and incurring a fine. The tankless water heater did not seem to keep up with the need for hot water. One out of six people got a hot shower. The rest endured luke-warm showers. Communication with the host was excellent.

The house was very clean, quiet and close to the airport and other activities.

From booking to check out, everything went very smooth and great communication throughout.

Great location! 5 minutes from family we were visiting. Supper cute house with more than enough amenities for our stay. Host was amazing with communication! Would definitely recommend and stay for our next visit.

When arriving at the property it was not ready. The cleaner (1 person) was still onsite cleaning the property. We requested to leave our luggage and use the restroom as we had been traveling all day. We were afforded the opportunity however it was a shock to see the condition (I wish I could upload photos) of the property. The gentlemen cleaning said he needed another 1/2 hour but there was no way. One more thing, the photos of furnishings on the site, do not match the photos of the furniture in the home (again, I wish I could upload pictures). We were back and forth on the phone with the property manager and VRBO until after 6 p.m. and check-in was at 3 p.m. Ultimately, we were relocated and had to find other accommodations for stay. It ruined our weekend as we ended up with two hotel rooms and were not together as planned. Also, he scheduled event we were to attend that began at 6 p.m. was missed as we were homeless and could not shower and change into our clothes. This is the first experience of this kind that I've ever had with VRBO, and I must say I had to be very assertive and intentional to get reaccommodated.

We were in town for my daughters wedding so we did not spend a whole lot of time at the house. It was in an older neighborhood but the home was updated and nice. The shower water pressure was great. My only complaint is that the owner requested that we not wear shoes in the house and there was a fine of $50 or $100 (I cant remember which one) if caught wearing shoes?? The problem was that there were multiple pieces of flooring that were messed up (maybe installed incorrectly??) and were tripping hazards. Also, it would have been nice to have a table to sit at to eat/play games/etc. Only a bar in the kitchen.

Our stay was great. Everything was there that was listed. Bonnie was great to work with.

Comfortable stay. We were mostly out of house, didn't cook or barbecue. Clean as advertised.

Home was clean and conveniently located near grocery stores, areas with extra curricular activities, and sports fields. Great place to stay for the National Reno / Tahoe Baseball Tournament.

The home was very convenient to house my family which were here to help me clean out storage units. We really didn’t spend much time at the house but to clean up after a days work & sleep. There was plenty of room & the home was very comfortable. Great location for restaurants & activities nearby for all ages of a family. Host is very accessible for any needs should you have them.
