The deck is perfect for hanging out and enjoying the view of the lake. Close to food, groceries, and a quick trip to either Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes, or wine country. I plan to return in warmer weather and take advantage of swimming in the sandy bottom lake!

We would definitely stay here again. Very cozy tucked in the woods with the most beautiful views. It was snowing a lot and we loved looking out the big glass windows and walking on the lake. The heated floors felt nice underfoot and the beds were super comfy. Location was great! Quick easy drive to Crystal for skiing and yummy dinners down the road at boones and Hofbrau. Only thing to note is there are many levels. My dad had a cane and got around fine but each space is a few steps up or down Only note I’d make is

Place was nice. Loved having coffee by the lake every morning.

Overall the VRBO was very nice. Lots of stairs which might pose a problem for some. I also think upgrading a couple of the kitchen appliances, coffee maker and toaster, are in order. Also suggest you upgrade the quality of toilet paper and provide a minimum amount of tissue paper. Beautiful location and great outside seating and access to lake.
