Modern Home in The Center of it All - Location, Location, Location!

The house was exceptionally clean, in great condition, in a convenient location, and filled with thoughtful ammenities (such as a mason jar for catching fireflies). We would definitely stay here again!

Host was very welcoming - lots of amenities we didn't expect but appreciated, like having mustard and mayo in the fridge, bath items, etc. Was also very responsive when we had questions...and when we inadvertently locked ourselves out! Place was quite clean and well-located for activities in Nashville. Very near airport, which was helpful since some of our folks were flying in. Definitely recommend.

The Host Carla was amazing. My family really enjoyed themselves. House is exactly as pictured and very very clean and comfortable. My Mom is a cleaning fanatic and she was very pleased. They absolutely loved the planes going over. And drinking their coffee on the back deck. Location was great. We will definitely stay again.

This little house was clean and easy to access. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact. The house is in a quiet neighborhood on a slow/low traffic street. It is only minutes from anything you are looking for (even the airport). There were airplanes coming in overhead (which we thought might keep us up at night), but it was not a problem at all. There was plenty of room for a larger family than ours.I would highly recommend this house for anyone traveling in the Nashville area. We had zero issues with anything there.

We were in town for a cheer competition and found this cute house on VRBO. The house was exactly how it was listed and was absolutely adorable. Contact with the owner was very easy and always responded very quickly. The house was very close to downtown as well as our venue for the cheer comp at the Gaylord. I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay at this property. Thank you so much for having us.

Owners thought of everything. Plenty of plugs for all the electronics and charging needs. Lots of dishes for preparing and serving meals. Well appointed rooms with lamps, tables and a chair in each room. Lots of space to stretch out relax. Just like home!

Safe and nice property

Carla was an excellent host and provided great communication prior to arrival! She has a whole binder for people who stay that gives great information about the surrounding areas. The house itself is well stocked and in a quiet location, but close enough to be a quick drive anywhere. We drove all around Nashville during our stay and it was always easy to get back “home” each day. There are fans in each closet which was appreciated! The luggage racks are also a wonderful addition! Just so many great things to say about this place! Thank you!

We visited Nashville for a cheer competition at the Gaylord Opryland Convention Center. I chose this property because it was only 10 minutes from the competition venue, but also close to downtown. I was a bit nervous about having only one bathroom since we had 3 teenage girls with us, but it was not a problem because each bedroom had a mirror and table or desk for hair and makeup. Carla is an excellent host and everything was perfect!

I booked this at the last minute for my family when our other Vrbo camceled on us. The location was perfect! It was close to everything we needed. The host was fantastic & even left us bubbly to toast my upcoming wedding & moon pies as a TN treat. The host communicated so nicely. The beds were very comfortable. The whole house was just so cute, cozy & clean. We'd 100% recommend this host & this home. & moonpies! Communication

We came down from Michigan for a long weekend and a concert. We could not have asked for a better house to rent or a better location, at the price, right in the middle of everything! Took some of the advice for restaurants in the area that were provided and they were a total success! This rental really made our trip home away from home!
