Stayed Mar 19, 2026The property itself was amazing, with great views from every window. It was extremely well equipped and very comfortable.The issue is the location. It was not disclosed that there are two gentlemen’s clubs within a couple of blocks. Riverbed Street is a dead end and appears to be a regular gathering spot for young adults. We were woken up every night by loud music, drinking, and partying outside.We called the police, but it was treated as a non-emergency. On the last night, around 4:00 AM, a fight broke out, and the police finally responded.It’s a shame, as the property itself is very nice. However, due to the location and ongoing disturbances, we did not feel comfortable walking to nearby venues. We hope the activity may have been related to spring break, but it significantly impacted our stay.

Stayed Sep 13, 2024We spent the weekend celebrating an impending wedding and over 20 years of friendship. We’re mostly locals so we know the area, but we were still blown away by how cool the location was. So many fun things just a quick walk or Uber away. The house is great and has everything you need. I will keep this property in mind for future events!

Stayed Aug 1, 2024We had 2 adults and 4 teens stay at the property. It is very clean and maintained very well. With 3 levels there was plenty of room for us to spread out. The owners did a very good job with having the house stocked for your needs. Coffee, tea, creamer, plenty of paper towels, toilet tissue, towels... ect.. The house was within walking distance of several restaurants and attractions. We walked to Progressive Field and to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Also, only an hour drive to cedar point and the NFL Hall of Fame. We all recommend this property!
