Stayed Jun 20, 2026The home was very beautiful and clean. The pool was amazing and we had zero problems throughout our vacation. Maury was very helpful and answered all our questions quickly and when we had issues he came and helped. We plan on coming back one day and hope everything will be as great as it was.

Stayed May 23, 2026We had a great stay with our large family and young kids. The home is a newer build in a neighborhood with several rentals, so being respectful of neighbors is important.The location was convenient for exploring Sarasota while still away from the busy Route 41 area. We especially loved the screened-in pool (no mosquitoes!) and the bathroom right off the pool—so practical with kids.It was a bit tighter than some rentals we’ve stayed in, particularly the upstairs bathrooms, but nothing that impacted our stay. One minor inconvenience was that the garage keypad is only accessible from inside, so we often had to ask someone to open or close it. As a family with babies - we were diligent about skimming the pool ourselves, picking up little choking hazards on the floor etc - all things aren’t an issue for adults at all. Property managers were excellent—very responsive and thoughtful, with a pool gate and Graco crib set up for us ahead of time. Overall, a great family-friendly option.

Stayed Apr 17, 2026House was beautiful...and the appointments were very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Some suggestions:Ceiling fans inoperable in living area and near the grill outside. Cabinet in master bath would not close properly.Garbage not taken out prior to our stay. Both bins were full and an odor began to creep into the house. Instructions should be given to guests on garbage pick-up days. Cleaning crew should have taken garbage out if you don't want guests to do it.Prefer a top sheet and comforter.Spa operation a little tricky. Additional instructions would be helpful, as the one-touch system didn't seem to work properly.Remotes should be labeled for both TV's and fans. Thanks for your hospitality. We did like the tile in the main living areas on the first floor. Do you know where what type and where it was purchased from? We would definitely stay there again if we travel to Sarasota in the future.

Stayed Apr 10, 2026House as beautiful, plenty of room for 5 adults and 5 teenagers to spread out and relax during Sculling States regatta! The pool was beautiful, upstairs deck with pool table was fun. We could walk to Main Street or take a short uber. 15 min drive to Nathan Benderson. We really loved it. Thank you!

Stayed Mar 17, 2026We had a wonderful stay at this home and would absolutely recommend it. The house is new, beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and truly has everything you might need for a relaxing stay. We especially appreciated the abundance of dishes and towels, it made everything so convenient and stress-free.The bedding was also a highlight, especially for those who prefer softer mattresses and duvet covers over flat sheets. It made for a very comfortable and restful sleep.We did experience an issue when first entering the home, but the host was responsive, fair, and accommodating, which we really appreciated. Their effort to make things right did not go unnoticed.Overall, a great experience, and we would happily stay here again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us to celebrate my husbands birthday with family.
