Modern Home, 3 Family Rooms, 3 Decks, 1 Mile from Broadmoor, 500’ above CoS.

We made our reservation for this property a year in advance and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The house was very clean and well appointed. There was no shortage of the kinds of supplies and provisions that you hope to see in a high quality property. We had 3 families and each of us we were able to have our separate, private space. The three decks provided stunning views of downtown Colorado Springs and Garden of the Gods. There is a trail system within 2 blocks which was great (especially since the trails were visible on Google Maps). Our only big surprise was my coming face to face with a bear in the garage! We had left the garage door open for 15 minutes to load luggage and apparently the scent from the garbage cans was enough to attract him. No harm done but we were more cautious afterward. Anyway, in summary, we enjoyed our stay very much. I think it’s the best VRBO we‘ve stayed in.

Wonderful home in a beautiful neighborhood. The views from the deck of sunrise made every morning an experience. This home is set up Nicely for multiple families together and enjoy time together while also offering separate spaces for relaxation.

The house was wonderful for a multigenerational group of 12. There was enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably and multiple spaces to relax and for the kids to play. The kitchen was well-equipped and we found it easy to cook and grill. The views from the house are beautiful. The host was easy to communicate with.

Excellent property in superb condition and located overlooking the Colorado Springs skyline. The home, consisting of 5 bedrooms (all either ensuite or adjoining private bathrooms), several spacious gathering areas, both indoor and out, and a fully supplied professional level kitchen with adjoining casual dining for 10-12 and a separate formal dining room. Excellent, quiet location from which to explore the surrounding area. I highly recommend!!

Conveniently located. Did not cook any meals there but it was fully equipped.

We enjoyed our time in this beautiful home, which was clean, comfortable and spacious. It was well stocked with everything we might need. Bill, our host, was helpful and attentive. We’d love to stay again!

Our stay was fantastic! We really enjoyed this home and felt everything was provided and well thought out. My only feedback would be maybe to put some WD-40 on the hinges of the doors as they were pretty squeaky. Otherwise, we would stay here time and time again, and recommend it wholeheartedly.

Very nice family home - stayed here for a wedding at the Broadmoor . Location was perfect - only a 5 min drive to the hotel. Beautiful views off the back porch. Had all the extra amenities we needed from shower supplies to kitchen to laundry supplies. Spacious enough so all couples had their privacy and one bathroom. Everything was nicely done. The downstairs was perfect for my daughter with her new baby . Had hummingbirds visit us on the porch, deer in the yard and wild turkeys. The host was very responsive and overly accommodating.

Nice property & plenty of room

Our group of 14 (ages 70 to 5 mo) had a wonderful stay. We were very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out and everything we could possibly need. The location was perfect and walkable to various trails and attractions. Highly recommend!

We had a great family gathering at this home. Everything you would need was available at this house. Highchairs, baby gates, toys, games, etc. Plenty of space for everyone. We loved it!

The home is well-stocked with thoughtful touches that make it feel like home. We rented this large snd beautiful home to gather around my husband’s celebration of life. It was perfect. The views are truly wonderful. The kitchen is huge, has an abundance of dishes and all of the equipment you need. There is room for privacy even when the house is full. It was clean and not full of the random junk that you sometimes encounter with a rental. I appreciated having a good supply of paper products. Bill was so easy to deal with. It is a nice area for walks. Having this great place was integral to a great five days. Thanks!

The property was lovely with great outdoor areas. We had everything we needed. The location was wonderful. The host was quick to respond to questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect! It was a step above most vrbo had the essentials you needed at the house. Shampoo soap dishwasher detergent paper towels toilet paper etc. and even a welcome package with snacks and brochures. just as the pics look that is it.So much room. 12 of us. The kids played in the basement while the adults were in the living room. Everything you possible needed in the kitchen. Down to pretty platters for Christmas that I used for appetizers and desserts. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our thanksgiving weekend as a family and enjoyed everything about this property. Quiet, gorgeous neighborhood. Lots of space for everyone! Perfect distance to Broadmoor- we heard the bells and saw the lights turn on from the upper living room.
