Modern Home < 1 Mi to Dwtn San Antonio & Riverwalk

One bathroom toilet did not work . Interior smelled like cat pee. There were several outdoor cats so one may have spayed inside .

House was very nice. Was not easy to manage with a motorized wheelchair, commode and bed was very hard to use for a handicap guest. we did manage and enjoyed our stay

Climate control was perfect. Kitchen was adequately set up. House was very clean and comfortable. Great location! Love the little balcony!!! Loved that each room had its own bathroom!!!

Wonderful place to stay while we attended a conference at the Alamodome! Roomy and clean.

The property was as described and was clean. The directions to the property were helpful and check-in/out was simple. Having 3 master bedrooms was wonderful, as each couple had their own space. There's an alarm system and an area to barbecue.The stairs were a little steep and required a little extra caution. There was a closet in one of the upstairs bedrooms that was blocked off with a locked gate and curtain; it was a little creepy because I couldn't see what was in there. To make myself feel better I rigged a little alarm system (over active imagination and too many horror movies). The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy but we weren't walking around at night and it was close to downtown, the Alamo and the Riverwalk. Another downside is it was close to a railroad and you could hear the trains when you were trying to sleep.Overall, we were happy with our stay.

The prooerty was very clean with hard floors throughout. The beds were comfortable. Tbe air conditioning worked well, but it was programed to change itself i think. The kitchen appliances were very nice. The kitchen was stocked fairly well. Caution, trains nearby are frequesnt and loud at nightThe lcation was near the city, but the area was run dow. The sidewalks were hard to walk on . Heads up, google maps takes you to the wrong property.

House was clean and as described. Surprising for its size that there are three bedrooms each with their own bath. Great location, able to walk to Alamodome. The neighborhood is turning over and was fine to walk in during the day. Reasonable distance to walk to Riverwalk and downtown during the day, but at night would recommend a rideshare or car. Didn’t try local restaurants, but most serve only through lunch. Would recommend, as long as you understand you will need a vehicle for evening activities.

This home is wonderful. Great location, peaceful to sit outside, and had all the amenities you could need for your entire stay. Would stay there again in a heart beat.

It seemed like a sketchy neighborhood at first but we Ubered everywhere so we actually had no problem whatsoever. The house is exactly as the pictures portrayed. Very nice with plenty of room for 6. We all said we enjoyed it and would definitely rent it again.

We stayed here for a bachelorette. The surroundign neighborhood was a bit sketchy however the location of the house was very tucked away and on a nice block. It was clean and organized. A few minor things that may need touch ups but overall this was a great house to stay in!

Very clean, updated, and comfortable place to stay. Difficult to find at night, neighborhood is quiet and close to downtown. I would not hesitation to stay here again

The house was very updated and nice. It had many amenities. Very close to Alamodome (could walk there as it’s less than a mile). Also very close to downtown, Riverwalk, and Pearl District and I35 is right there.
