The property is fenced and also has a south-facing terrace and a lockable garden shed for at least 2 bicycles.

Equipped with a double bed in the bedroom and a 140x200 cm fold-out sofa bed with mattress in the living room, up to 4people can sleep here.

You can also look forward to a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, hob and refrigerator.

Both the living room and the bedroom have a flat screen TV with Netflix access.
