This Main Street loft is in the historic downtown and has been recently renovated. This historic building was built in 1904. Stayed Jan 28, 2026There were no windows I the living space; however, this could not be helped. The furniture in the living are needs improvement. The sofa sinks so low, standing is difficult, the chair too stiff. Basically the apartment was furnished like a dorm room with furniture of marginal quality. The location is great located in downtown.

Stayed Jul 18, 2025Great spot for fall, early spring and winter but one room did not have AC. Extremely uncomfortable for July for us! Those of us who are hot natured.Shower head not very powerful.Lots of steps to climb to get to the apartment. I would not recommend for older adults over 70.

The host was pleasant and easy to work with and I had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in downtown Erwin.

Stayed May 22, 2024My stay was to visit family in the surrounding area. My mother and I were the only ones staying at the VRBO. It was the perfect size for us. The location does have 28 stairs to access/exit the property, but it was no problem for us. We hope to stay here again!
