Modern Hiker's Haven w/ DuPont State Forest Views!

Everything about this place was fantastic. It’s very new, super clean and the kitchen is very well stocked. No complaints.Only two comments that I think potential renters should be aware of. 1. There is no drywall on the ceiling of the living room. It has open rafters above. It looks great however sound from both upstairs and downstairs is free flowing. If you had young kids trying to sleep upstairs and someone downstairs was having a conversation even at normal volume. It sounds as though you are in the same room.2. This could be easily corrected, but there is pretty much no lighting above the dining dining room table. Once it’s dark, it’s very difficult to see. The kitchen is very well lit, but the eating area is really poorly lit. Those are the only complaints. Everything else is wonderful!

This was the most cozy house I have ever stayed at. It felt like a cozy cabin but with modern flare. The house design is beautiful and you can tell the owners really treasure the home and enjoy hosting guests. Will definitely stay again!

My sisters and I had a wonderful stay! Clean, well-stocked, and beautiful views. Close to hiking in DuPont. Brevard and Hendersonville also just a short drive. Hosts were responsive and helpful. You do need 4-wheel drive to make it up the driveway. Would definitely book again!

Great location, so so clean, brand new home! Our family had a wonderful time and everyone’s needs were met by this property.

Had a good weekend break. The rental property was everything that it marketed itself to be, very clean, well setup as a home away from home. Perfect for the mountain bike community for sure. We rented it to be in close proximity to some of the nearby walking trails and waterfall sights. Have not given this stay 5 stars as the access to the property is not straight forward, the driveway towards the garage is steep and is loose gravel - 4 Wheel drive vehicle you should have no problem. I would stay at this property again.

The house was beautiful and immaculately cleaned. Perfectly appointed home for a preseason MTB weekend with the family. Grill, fire pit, ping pong, hot tub, and corn hole / beanbag toss all got used and made everyone happy. We always like to cook and the kitchen is well appointed where I did not want for any utensil or bowl / dish for breakfasts and dinners each day we were there. Bike friendly if you are a rider, but very enjoyable amenities if you are not. Thank you!

What a beautiful house! Everything was top notch….from the high quality linens, to the most well equipped kitchen in a rental property, to the spectacular views! I cannot say enough about this property. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely return. The EV charger and dogs allowed were the main reasons we booked, and we loved having a garage to park in during the super cold weather. Our lab enjoyed the backyard hill, but we did accidentally loose one of his balls down the steep driveway. The hot tub and towels were a nice treat and we found the beds and linens super clean and comfortable. They even had dog towels, which were a nice touch. Many of the trails around are still closed from the hurricane but we enjoyed a short hike close to the house and had an amazing meal at the Morning Social in Brevard. We cooked dinner at the house and had a nice time stargazing on the back porch afterwards while our teen enjoyed lounging on the comfortable couches. We also loved that Evolve mentioned a donation to help folks rebuild after the storm.

Gorgeous property! Close to Dupont, Pisgah, and Brevard. Beautiful home with great amenities. Make sure you note the Awd/4wd note for the driveway. It is very steep and gravel so getting all the way to the house is a little more of a challenge. Overall great experience and wonderful hosts and managers! Thank you so much!

We loved our stay! Couldn't recommend this beautiful home enough. Kitchen is super well stocked and we loved the hot tub, fire pit and porch area. Beautiful setting and perfect location- we had a nice family hike to one of the waterfalls and went to a brewery for drinks. We will definitely be back!
