Modern Haines City Home w/ Pool & Lanai!

House was in good condition. Our drawback was that we didn't receive a gate code. Reached out but never heard back from service or owner.

This was by far the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. The property was dirty upon arrival, with damaged towels, rags, and furniture. There was no hot water during my stay, and despite contacting the host multiple times, the issues were poorly handled and never properly resolved.To make matters worse, I was served foreclosure papers at the property, which was both shocking and incredibly unsettling. Clearly, this home should not have been listed for rent in this condition.I strongly advise anyone considering this listing to look elsewhere. Vrbo should not allow a property in this state to remain on their platform

Pool wasn't working properly.

Everything was exactly what I expected from pictures from the website.We enjoyed ourselves

After check-in on a Wednesday about 5pm we discovered the house had no water. The Guest Contact asked me to turn it on from the outside but I didn't know how nor did I have the tools to do so. He stated his person was on the way but stuck in traffic and that the City of Haines was closed. I asked the neighbor to turn it on because it was after 8:30 and we needed water. The pool was dirty with debris, a snake, and bugs but we had to wait until Friday which was when the pool service comes out. The big bugs were coming in because the screen on the patio door was torn. It would be a good idea to have a pool cleaning tool such as a net available in the event bug are in the pool. Also the water temperature in the house was luke warm and very hard to take showers. I asked the Guest Contact if the temperature could be turned up and never received an answer or response. I did not like taking cold showers nor did my family members. The water in the pool was warmer than the house but that was probably because the sun was shining on the pool. My suggestion would be to have the home checked for everything before a guest is scheduled to arrive. Also I think it is time to update the living room furniture.

Upon arrival I pulled up my email with the door code and started to tell my son who was at the door with his hands full but before getting any numbers out he pushed opened the door.The door was not locked at all!I’ll start by saying it was just myself who’s a single mom of three boys ages 9-14.We travel often with my children sports and really.. we are not hard to please at all.As soon as I walked in the first thing that I noticed was the hand prints on the walls but again, i'm a mom of three boys... no hands prints would scare me or make me majorly turn my nose up.I did a quick tour and the everything looked fine.The AC was off when we arrived so I switched it on! Then hours later when we were going to bed it was still not cool at all in the house but I thought perhaps it takes a little while to cool the entire home as its a nice size! Wiped my hands of it and we all went to bed knowing that we'd wake up to a cool air conditioned home.We were actually in FL due to my kids sports so we woke up and had to leave by 6am.Once we arrived back around 6pm it was 82’ in that house!! After being hot all day I was looking forward to being comfortable but no!I messaged the host and he said that it was the weekend and after hours so he could have someone Monday but we were leaving Monday.Not being from here I did not want to go out at night so I Instacarted a box fan from target spending 60.I went around to open some windows and noticed a window had been left open upstairs.We stayed hot

The property was great just some monitor things weren’t up to par …. The kitchen cabinets wear brunt from a pervious stay as well as the light in the pool was not screwed in which is highly dangerous for swimmers. The twin bed up stairs was broke && the wall had a lot of scuff marks && the outside trash was not dumped from the stay before me . Other than that the house was great for tney stay.

This was a great property for my family to stay at. The place was clean and had every thing that we needed. We did have a couple issues during our stay but the property manager went above and beyond to make sure the issues were taken care of quickly so we could enjoy our stay. I would highly recommend this property.

I’ve had great luck with this property for the two years we have rented it while in Florida. Size is great for our group. Love the pond out back.

Everything went well everyone was happy. Beds could be a little more comfortable, that is not a complaint.

Good stay, house was plenty big enough

We enjoyed our stay at this property. However, there could be improvements. The property wasn't cleaned thoroughly. I found hair in one shower and a bug in another. The sheets were thin and the bedding was uncomfortably hard. The furniture was run down, and the ace unit was leaking through the vent above the kitchen floor, creating a puddle of water. I contacted the property management to fix the issue, but they didn't answer. So I left a voicemail and they responded promptly with a text to let me know someone was coming to fix it. Overall, If this property becomes updated and cleaned properly(like detailed cleaning ). Also, sprayed for bugs and small animals. It could be an even nicer place to stay.

I was very unhappy with with my stay my house. Air condition wasn’t working properly. The temperature was 80° upstairs. We could not adjust the thermostat to cool the room down we tried to adjust it the screen go blank. I called Evolve they recommend me to call the Host I called the Host left several messages got no response I want to be reimbursed some of my money for inconvenience wasn’t happy too hot.
