Modern Guest Suite Retreat in Maricopa

Absolutely loved our stay at the Modern Guest Suite ! For the 2 of us it is a nice open space w/ a comfy sectional sofa. The bathroom is very nice w/ drawers for storage and a beautiful glass shower w/ rain head. The king size bed was very comfortable and the walk in closet provided lots of storage for our clothing & suitcases. It was perfect for us & so much nicer than a hotel room. Great prompt communication with property owner. I most certainly would stay here again!

Pros:The suite was clean, attractive, mostly quiet (except for construction going on around the neighborhood, and the other unit's guest's dog in the evenings!). The host responded quickly to our questions and concerns, which we appreciated very much! Cons: Amenities were very sparse - no washcloths, microwave, or area rugs. Only 1 tiny hook in the bathroom to hang towels. No tv in the bedroom. Harsh overhead lighting that was not dimmable, very few area lamps. The front door lock was extremely hard to work properly, even with the instructions. The kitchen appliances were beautiful, but too large for the space, and we had to be careful not to accidently hit the gas burner controls and start emitting gas into the room, every time we reached into the cupboard where the dishes were kept. In short, it was a very clean, attractive unit, but not very comfortable to us personally. Our cons were subjective, and may not bother others!

Place was just as it looked in photos. Host responsive to questions. Nice neighborhood with beautiful walking paths.

The place was really nice. The bed was comfortable, could use some better pillows.

The home is quite spacious and very clean. The host was always quick to respond and I would absolutely recommend this property.

The house was very clean and the host was very available anytime I reached out. I definitely will stay here again when we come in to visit family.

We stayed at the house for just under one week and had a great experience. The check in process was easy, the house was clean, and the communication was kind and efficient!

Nice and new property. They did not have wash cloths. The thermostat seemed to be controlled by owner. The TV was all apps on your phone, no local channels OTA. Shower was large but no handicap rails.

Brand new, beautifully clean, beautifully decorated. The perfect little get away house! Would stay here again.
