- $250/month Gas & Electric Utilities included. Guest is responsible for amount over that. An advance Utility Deposit will be required before the beginning of each month.

Genesis at Millennium is a gated community of single family luxury homes located in Palm Desert built in 2019. Genesis amenities include access to the resort style community pool with spa and both sunny and shaded lounging areas, a well-equipped gym, shared outdoor BBQ area with sitting area, and two nice dog parks. The community is nestled against the backdrop of the Santa Rosa Mountains and is close to shopping, dining, as well as medical facilities.
