Beautiful home in a great neighborhood! Very clean

Location was incredible--very close (walking distance) to a number of great shopping and dining options. House itself was also very nice; great for four couples, each with their own bedroom and bathroom. Finally, the host was accommodating to let us check in slightly earlier than scheduled. Great experience all around.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful farmhouse in Austin and are already planning to book again! The location is fantastic, Great walkability to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The home itself was spotless, stylish, and full of charm. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway.

Fantastic property! Description is accurate and does not disappoint. Space was open, clean with lots of natural light. We loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Extra small common space upstairs with tv was great! Kitchen had everything we needed. Close to SoCo. Nice quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!!

Greta place for a family reunion. Location had numerous restaurants within walking distance. Short drive to almost everything in Austin. 9.5/10 would repeat.

Family of out of staters in for UT graduation. Such a great spot with lots of space for catching up and sharing meals. Space felt casual but well appointed. Location was fabulous - in the middle of everything fun. Would definitely recommend.

My five sisters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and spacious and very comfortable for all of us. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere from downtown to Barton Springs and back. I highly recommend this property!

We stayed with 2 other couples for a quick weekend getaway. Easily walked to local attractions and drove to others. The style of Marfa Modern is well done and comfortable! Especially loved having our own bathrooms as well as the great privacy of the outdoor space.

The property was perfect for us. Check in was very easy. The location worked well for us. We felt very secure in walking to Congress Ave & downtown. We would definitely recommend the house.

Our first night around 11:30pm, our rental car from Avis (Yukon Denali) was stolen from the driveway while we were inside the house hanging out. One of our family members was going outside every 30 minutes or so to enjoy the warm air and noticed it had disappeared from the driveway. Car keys were inside the house and car doors were locked. Lights were on and the family room/kitchen is within 15 yards of the driveway through very large windows. Patio which runs alongside driveway had lights on. The criminals are clearly undeterred in this area. Future renters should be aware that it's a very dark street and while the homes are very nice, it is a target area for criminals. When we dropped off the key fob on Sunday, the Avis rep told us this happens often in South Austin. This house has no alarm or cameras. It looked like other neighbors had cameras in their driveways. Owner should allow garage parking. The police and property manager was very responsive and wanted to help but not much they can do.Home didn't appear to have any air conditioning option. It gets stuffy in the house, especially at night and upstairs bedroom.Big clean home, great patio, each bedroom had a bathroom, open concept interior, great kitchen island, walking distance from S Congress Ave which has many stores, restaurants and bars. Without the stolen car from the driveway, it's probably a 4 star review. Hard to give anything higher with what happened and the lack of prevention measures in place.

We had a good experience at this home except for heating. It was two stories and had only one unit, so upstairs was too warm and downstairs was too cold. We traveled to Austin during an unusual cold front, so it was uncomfortable. The owners tried to help, but the problem was the lack of a second unit.

The Marfa Modern house was a perfect oasis for our family Christmas in Austin. Lots of walkable delicious restaurants and the brand new HEB is super close. The home is very comfortable and we loved the indoor/outdoor feel.

Great house with perfect layout for my family of 6 people. Everyone had their own bathroom and two nice sitting areas. Perfect location to walk to First Street or South Congress. Host was very accessible with any question and had great checkin instructions. Would definitely rent from them again.

Comfortable home with great amenities! Comfortable beds and good location. I would caution anyone with mobility issues or anyone elderly from staying here as there are slippery rugs inside and uneven stones in the walk outside.

Home was beautiful and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Home has so much space for a large group to be able to have their own space and also be with the group. We loved the parking spaces and south congress restaurants and shopping are a quick 5 minute walk from the house. Neighborhood is lovely! Would stay again!

This house was perfect for our family! We have stayed in Austin many times and this was the best. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Having a bedroom with a bathroom for each guest was so convenient. The location was amazing, The house was also clean and well appointed. We will definitely be booking this one again!

We were in town for a wedding and found the house to be the perfect home for our family. We had 4 adult couples so the 4 bedroom/bath combinations worked well for us. The house was just as described, the kitchen was well stocked for our needs and the location was perfect for our wedding venue. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Austin.

Such a beautiful peaceful home! Great location within walking distance from great coffee, food and shops! Comfy beds and stocked with all the essentials! Host was very responsive and helpful!
