Modern Farmhouse in Midtown with fully fenced yard

This was a cute, clean, pet friendly place. It has a safe back yard, washer dryer, two bedrooms, little sitting room/office area, and a complete kitchen and full bath. It has a fireplace for cold nights, and a fantastic back yard for small social gathering.

We enjoyed our stay and were able to travel with our puppies. The accommodations were great; quaint backyard with patio lighting, a bbq, Jenga game and a cute sitting area to read. We look forward to returning someday soon.

Kerri was a wonderful host! She was very helpful, professional, and responsive. The kitchen was well stocked. The home was immaculate both inside and outside, and the outdoor spaces were comfortable and peaceful.

For our four dogs it was outstanding with fenced yards front and back. We weren't there to view the mountains and it was cloudy also. The property is well maintained and centrally located. Amenities galore from soaps to coffees to good we access. We gladly recommend it to anyone.

Kitchen, Bath and cupboards fully stocked and it made for easy cooking and not a lot of extra shopping for staples. Loved the fully fenced yard for our little doggy. Property is tastefully decorated, fun and colorful inside and out.

This is the cutest house! It has absolutely everything you need for a wonderful stay! Kerri is super responsive! We will be back again if we are in Tucson again!!!

This was a great stay. Amenities and touches were above and beyond almost every rental I’ve been in. Friendly host. Great WiFi. Very good shower. New clean fridge. Excellent stock in the kitchen. I was blown away when I saw a set of loofa sponges in the bathroom. I have never seen that before, and it was much appreciated. Thanks.

The home was very nice and we enjoyed all the comfort it had to offer. It was close to the area we were visiting near the University and in close proximity to Reid Park. We loved the art/decor and farm house feel of the home, it was a great stay for our short trip.

The cleanliness of this property was astounding. Everything was spotless and smelt great!! The yard was very clean, relaxing, and pet friendly! The neighborhood is rather quiet and didnt smell like tucson sewage. The host was very kind and sweet!! We enjoyed our stay and our pets seemed very comfortable as well!!

The host had the home fully stocked with essentials. it was clean and felt like home away from home. The host also considered thoughtful items for my puppy. Will definitely stay here in the future!

Kerri was a sweet host and great communicator. Cheap to get into town/city by uber. It was clean and little elements of thoughtfulness. We found it fun to listen to their cds.

Nice little place close to college campus. Great enclosed yard for pets. No issues with furnishings, kitchen, beds, or electronics. Would totally book again!
