This light and airy family holiday home has sun drenched living areas on the upper floor which open onto 2 seperate decking areas. The master bedroom (with ensuite) is also located on the upper floor.

Stayed Dec 23, 2025Truly wonderful stay. So good we want to come back next year and do it all over again. Thanks to Gretchen being a great host. We loved the facilities - I especially appreciated the aircon in the master bedroom. Also having to outside deck spaces was wonderful - relax one side and eat on the other. The outdoor showers also great after time spent at the beach… a short stroll away. Soooo good!

Stayed Mar 14, 2023What a great location (short walk to the beach) and beautiful accomodation! The house was spacious and the outdoor deck was the perfect spot for family lunch in the sunshine after an ocean swim! The owners were welcoming and efficient in communication. Look forward to coming back!

Stayed Oct 28, 2022Our family had a lovely weekend at this delightful property in Pauanui. Beautifully clean and tidy, with all the extras that you don't expect but are lovely to find. Terrific location. Can't fault the place, and owner is a delight to communicate with. Would love to go back sometime soon.

Stayed Jan 10, 2021Great place to stay with kids, trampoline and fully fenced property. Great location, 100m from the beach and 800m from the shops. Nice and tidy. Owner was a great communicator.
