We had the most wonderful stay at 65 Neck Path. Nadya made check in and check out so easy, the house was perfectly appointed, and the rooms were beautiful. We especially loved the fantastic kitchen and of course the pool. The location was also perfect for us - very easy for Amagansett and East Hampton. We are already ready to Book our return trip

Second time here and hope to do it again. House has everything needed for a terrific family vacation.

This was a fantastic home base for a week of relaxation and fun out east. Nadya was extremely responsive and the house was comfortable, well decorated, and just as advertised. The pool was wonderful as well. Would love to return again!

We had a great time staying 10 nights with our 3 children. Nadya was extremely helpful and easily contactable and the house is wonderful. Pool gate was put up on request (a relief for parents of young children), and the house in general is clean and new. Everything you could want in a kitchen too. I’d recommend to anyone

The house and pool were meticulously clean. The overall design was stunning and we appreciated the attention to detail throughout (the linens, well stocked kitchen etc.). Very nice owners as well - very easy to communicate with!

My wife and I rented this property to allow us to entertain our families and friends at different portions of the week. When we first walked in, the house actually felt larger than the pictures gave it credit. All rooms in the house were well decorated, new and comfortable. My favorite was the back/family room. It was the perfect area to recap the day. The yard was very large as well, although we did not have a need to use it. The house manager was very responsive and any special requests such as a mid-week cleaning she was able to setup for us (at a cost of course). The house was clean and had many of the needed common items already in the house, since you always forget to bring a few things. The pool area was nice for the days we wanted to keep it low-key, but the beaches in the area are so beautiful that there is no reason to hang out by the pool too long. The only knock I would say (if you call it a knock), is it is a bit hard to find from the main street at first, the numbers go very quickly and passed the house a few times. Some Amagansett beaches can be a bit annoying about parking unless you are a resident, would be super helpful if possible, that the house gets a shared beach pass to allow for parking on all beaches. Overall, this would be more of an extra since there are many beaches open to the public which are beautiful and quiet ranging from 5-15 minute drives. Plenty of restaurants within a 5-15 minute drive as well, general store is less than 1 mile away for basic needs. Excited to potentially stay again next Summer!
