Modern downtown 4-BR/3 bath spacious home with free on site parking, sleeps 10

Interior was roomy. House had great access to highways and Louisville . Firepit was cozy. Neighborhood could use TLC

We had a great stay here and couldn’t have asked for a better location. Everything was so convenient—easy walk to the river, downtown, and Mansion Mile, which made the whole trip feel relaxed and enjoyable without needing to drive everywhere. Plus, being just about a 15-minute drive to Louisville was a huge bonus.The place itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. You can tell care has been put into making it a welcoming spot.Honestly, we could have used a longer stay—it went by too fast. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area.

This was an excellent place for my family to get together and visit for a few days. The host was very responsive. The kitchen appliances seemed to be all new and the bathrooms and bedrooms were in excellent shape! The living room had lots of chairs with a large table and the outside playing space was trimmed clean and ready to go. Lots of fun! Thanks!!

Very nice interior with plenty of room for 3 or 4 couples. We enjoyed the fire pit and the well stocked kitchen!

House was very clean, Dustin responded very quickly with any issues we had or questions. The kids loved the back yard and was nice that it was enclosed, so I could let them go out and play and not worry!

The back yard at this property is fantastic! The home is clean and very comfortable close to everything great place.

The setup of the home and location were perfect for our needs - the right number of bedrooms and bathrooms and the floors we needed; great parking options that made us feel safe; a nice backyard that worked for our family, and a two-minute drive to the church for all of the wedding festivities.

Teh property is spacious and the rooms are huge. Bathroom have deecnt water pressure and the kitchen is perfect fror cookig and hanging out. Backyard with fire pit and artificial grass was a great bonus.

The house was good sized - great backyard - close to downtown. Towels and kitchen gear could use some updating.

Great location for Derby, Bourbon tours and other fun activities in Louisville, Owner was great and flexible and easy to work with!

This was our second stay in this home; I grew up in this area and we visit family throughout the year. This home is perfect for my husband, me and our adult sons and their families. It’s roomy, with great size bedrooms and hard-to-find three full baths. The layout of the home works well, and while we didn’t use the backyard on this visit, the fire pit and cornhole are nice. We also love the off street private parking. The host was easy to work with and responsive. We would stay again.

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday with a family of six. The house and furnishings were exactly as listed and shown in the pictures. We cooked dinner and there was ample pots, pans, plates, serving utensils - very well stocked. Kitchen is very functional and great design. Layout and openness of the downstairs was amazing and absolutely perfect. Back yard is a very nice set up. Lighting is great in each room and plenty of TVs. We had no issues at all. Easy to get to and close to many downtown places, restaurants, and the river front. This house is a gem to the neighborhood as it is truly the nicest house. The neighboring properties leave a little to be desired and little eccentric. It was quiet and peaceful. We would absolutely rent and stay here again.

This house with its room areas, 3 full bathrooms, 4 bedrooms was beautifully decorated, roomy and spotlessly clean. The backyard with games and a firepit was a wonderful place to relax later in the evening. The tv was a bit confusing, but that was just myself and i didnt watch it much. I appreciated a list of the hosts favorite places in the neighbor hood. We throughly enjoyed our stay, thank you

We enjoyed the open living area, the back yard and that the unit was very clean and comfortable. The VRBO diagrams for the bedrooms showed that upstairs there was one BR with one Q, one BR with one K, and one BR with two Qs. In reality, there was no room with 2 Q, there was an empty air mattress in the closet with no bedding; don't know if that was to count as one of the Qs. We are 5 seniors, and the 5 separate beds was a reason we picked the property. Also, just beware one BR has only sheers at the window, so needs someone who doesn't mind some street light shining in and doesn't walkaround with the light on after dark.

The house was perfect for our group that was attending a trade show at the Exposition Center. New Alabany is a nice area with plenty for dining.

It was as advertised and worked well for our group.
