Modern Direct Beachfront Paradise | 3-Bedroom & 2.5 Bath

Location was great - it was great to walk right out to the beach! Host was responsive and gracious. Only notes: all the bedrooms and kitchen are upstairs so pack lightly. Also, listing will charge you a refundable damage deposit of 500 but host team's recordkeeping will not show it as refundable. I sent them an email with documents showing that the receipt reflects a refundable deposit, and they have not addressed and it has been over a week. Other than this, the stay was lovely.

Incredible view and access to Bonita Beach! Every part about the stay was pleasant from the check in/out process to the well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable and everything was nice a clean. There were plenty of beach chairs and towels for the adults and toys for kids of all ages. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house is exactly as it looks in the photos. The ocean is steps away from the back door. You can slide open all the doors and have it completely open and hear the ocean sounds. It was heavenly for me and my brother. The owner was very friendly and accommodating.

Lots of towels, nice comfy beds, nice clean bathrooms , all you need in kitchen. No ice maker There is no walk out balcony upstairs. The view is incredible. Downstairs is just the pass through and out to table, bbq and beach . Everything is easy and great seating in living room. Photos are exact . Great stay .

Check in easy, very good with communication. The place was relatively clean. Some of the door handles were loose but otherwise great place and location perfect.

The property is wonderful. The view of the beach and ocean when you first enter and climb the stairs is breath taking. The house was well decorated and very comfortable. We planted ourselves in the rocking recliners facing the beach every night and watched the sunset. The location is perfect for access to the beach and several restaurants. All areas of the home were immaculate. We have already booked next year's stay!

The location right on the beach is superb. The house itself is average, a little worn out, and only surface clean. Considering the extremely high rental rate, I expected some welcoming amenities but was disappointed that the house lacked even one box of tissues, lotion, shampoo, body wash, kitchen wrap/containers/napkins, a welcome basket of coffee or wine - something that showed some thought and hospitality. Come prepared to have nothing supplied. The beach was great.

My family and I had a wonderful time. Terrific location and beautiful property. Was wonderful and would rent again in a second.

This is the second year we have stayed at the Copacabana, and absolutely love it! Being on the beach is my happy place, and it doesn't get better than this. The view is spectacular, this house is cozy and clean, and the area is in an ideal location - close to Fort Meyers and Naples. Working with Collier Vacation Rentals has been great too. I receive quick responses to my emails, was able to check in early, and everything went smoothly. We wanted to support the local economy after the hurricane so visited places that have been rebuilt. It will take time for them to rebuild but its good to see the progress being made. Bonita Beach is lovely and one of my favorite places. We loved this house and the area so much we booked again next year - can't wait to return to paradise!

This home is wonderful. It is just as pictured. Everyone was excellent to work with and communication was excellent. Loved the walk to Docs each evening. Loved the option of watching the sunset from inside and have the same feeling as being on the beach. We had an amazing week.

This property was perfect for our family of 2 grandparents, 2 parents and 4 grandkids. It was very well equipped with a beautiful view. Loved Bonita Beach.
