Stayed Jan 18, 2026We loved the house and the location. Our issues were minor but worth noting. When we got there, the kitchen sink had a leak. It had been leaking for a while because there was a bowl under the sink to collect the water. We reported it to the management company and it was fixed the next day. I think they could have done a better job with providing us more detailed information. We were instructed to put the trash in the alley behind the house but failed to supply us with the code to unlock the back gate. When it came time to leave, they did not give us the instructions on what was expected of us to avoid any additional charges. When I reached out to the management company on both issues they were very quick to respond and gave us all of the necessary information. We will definitely book the house again next trip to phoenix. We loved the house and the location!

Stayed Jul 29, 2025The property was as pictured in the ad. We had a few issues with the fridge filter and the pool cleaner but each were addressed quick and without inconvenience to us. We did inform the manager that two patio chairs were unsafe to use but that did not affect us. The house could use a few more daily use glasses. Our only real complaint was that although the house appeared to be clean when we arrived however the floors made our socks quite dirty, the area rugs were dirty in appearance and the primary bath mat was so dirty we washed it and it looked new. All the area rugs were curled up on the traffic area edges which are tripping hazards. The house has great potential but it needs some attention to cleaning details. We did not use any of the other bedrooms as there was only two of us.
