This modern home is a 5-minute walk to the beautiful beach. It’s only a 7-minute walk to Atlantic Avenue, where you can get coffee, drinks, dine, listen to live music, and dance! Our house is set in a quiet neighborhood with a 3rd-floor private swimming pool and patio where you can spend evenings under the stars. The first floor has an open floor plan with a kitchen and living space - great for entertaining and/or hanging out, with spacious outdoor spaces.

The home is well appointed and has TVs in every bedroom when you are ready to wind down. WIFI internet throughout the house. Sonos system on the first floor, third floor, and in the master bedroom suite. There is a spacious two car garage, printer, barbecue, and many more amenities.
