Designed for families and groups, this stylish retreat comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and laid-back Gulf Coast charm.

The bright, open-concept living space is filled with natural light and creates a welcoming place to gather after a day at the beach. Relax in the comfortable living room, cozy up by the electric fireplace on cooler evenings, and enjoy the home’s panoramic views. The fully stocked chef’s kitchen makes mealtime easy, with generous counter space, a dedicated coffee bar, and a large island for casual dining. For added convenience, the home also includes an in-unit washer and dryer, plus family-friendly extras like a Pack ’n Play, high chair, and beach essentials to help make your stay even easier.

Perfect for large family beach getaways and group vacations, the home offers easy walk-to-beach access and a quieter coastal setting for exploring and relaxing.

Guest access
Guests will have full and private access to the entire home and its amenities, including all bedrooms and bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen and living areas, the upstairs wraparound deck, the downstairs Tiki bar area, backyard space, charcoal grill, outdoor shower, and beach access via the subdivision-provided walkover. The beach may also be accessed by golf cart for added convenience. With no vehicle beach entrance in the subdivision, guests enjoy less traffic and a safer, quieter coastal setting. The home also offers parking for up to 5 vehicles.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
• Primary suite with a king bed, private en-suite bathroom, and walk-in shower.
• Second bedroom with a king bed.
• Third bedroom with two custom-built queen-over-queen bunk beds, sleeping up to 8.

Outdoor Living & Entertainment
• Spacious upstairs wraparound deck with panoramic views of the surrounding area, including a nearby pond, plus outdoor dining under a pergola with decorative lighting.
• Ground-level Tiki bar with seating and a picnic table, plus a charcoal grill for easy cookouts (guests provide charcoal).
• Outdoor shower with hot and cold water, plus cornhole and washer games for extra fun after the beach.

For your privacy and our storage, the owner's closet, the attic, and the garage are the only areas that are off-limits to guests.

Other things to note:
• Security Cameras: (3) Exterior security cameras are located on the property for safety and security. Cameras monitor outdoor areas only; there are no cameras inside the home.
• Beach Safety: Crystal Beach does not have lifeguards on duty, so swimming is at your own risk.
• No Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Minimum Age Requirement: Guests booking the reservation must be at least 25 years old.
• Sensitive Septic System: Please flush only toilet paper and do not pour grease down drains.
• Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during storm season. Refunds for weather-related cancellations are available only in the case of mandatory tropical storm or hurricane evacuations issued by local authorities.
