Stayed Jun 25, 2025The over all experience was really nice. House was clean, beds were comfortable for being IKEA furniture. Not a lot of stuff around for my two toddlers (4 and 3) to break. I would say, it is a very friendly house for littles. The house is in an older neighborhood with established family and neighbors around. It's pretty quiet and over all safe. Lots of grocery stores around to make a quick trip for groceries or any basics. We did have one issue with critter getting in the trash outside. The host was very quick to respond and had all of it cleaned up by the end of the day. If we were in Charlotte again, we would consider staying at this property again.
