Newly built in the years 2013/2014 House stands in the Baltic Sea village Zierow through its energy efficiency and its Schwedenhaus typical wooden façade. The living area of the fully equipped and furnished holiday home is 70 square meters and is ideal for families with up to 6 people. Center of the house is the open kitchen. The built-in oven, ceramic hob, sink, fridge-freezer and dishwasher make you the self-catering a breeze. Two separate bedrooms of 10 m² each with a double bed and two single beds offers sleeping space for 4 people. In the bedroom floor, which is accessed via a space-saving staircase, 2 children can spend the night comfortably. For toddlers you can also use a travel cot available. The holiday home has a furnished wooden terrace, a parking space and a bike shed.
