Modern Cottage In The Heart Of Downtown Morro Bay

Great location. Easy check in and check out. House amenities were okay. I would stay there again for a casual visit.

Very clean; great location for walking around Morro bay and waterfront

We liked the house. But we were a little surprised it was 100 feet away from a bar and music venue, which did get a little loud on weekends. And what we thought was a backyard was more like a vacant lot on which strangers parked their cars. Also, there was not always street parking right in front of the house (specially on weekends)m but a weed never more than a block away. The house itself, and the furniture and beds, were very comfortable. And the house was impeccable clean. When I did have questions or issues, I always received a prompt-enough response from the Relax office, which I appreciated.

We will be back.

This place was perfect for our family of 5. Was there to celebrate mother's day. Will be making this place a family getaway for celebrating.

We loved staying in this cottage where we could walk to great coffee and good restaurants. Our teen loved the thrift stores near us as well. The beds were super comfortable combined with the blackout curtains allowed us to have a good nights rest. Parking was easy even though there was not a designated parking space. Oh, and we have a great view of the Morro Rock from the back deck.

I could literally park outside and walk to practically everything in Morro Bay. Close to downtown, the rock, etc... The property manager was easy to contact when I realized that the stove/oven/microwave wasn't working properly. They came quickly and were able to offer a workable solution. Nice place-I'd stay there again.

Very clean and spacious. Very well stocked with anything you might need. Comfy beds and linens. Great location in a quiet neighborhood-just blocks away from restaurants, The Siren if you like live music, view of the rock. There was a farmer's market on Saturday afternoon. Would stay again.

Had a wonderful time enjoying the central coast. We love this place and stay here often. Looking forward to our next trip to Morro Bay.

The cottage was clean and cozy. Just a few blocks away from the beach and restaurants in Morro Bay!

I did not go, the father and son went to spend time together with friends after the loss of the family matriarch. What they told me is that I couldn’t have found a better location, easily walkable to coffee shop, grocery store, water……and when we return, that is definitely the place to rent again.

The property was close to everything we wanted, shops, coffee and the Embarcadero. I wasn't paying attention when we booked it, so I didn't realize it was a duplex, but that wasn't an issue. Everything was clean and we had all of the amenities we needed. Plenty of fast hot water, which is always nice and a good kitchen (we mostly cooked in). The only downside to the central location was the very loud music from the club a block away on one night, but I guess that is the price you pay for being in the middle of the action. I would rent again.

Beautiful home, really close to the downtown life of Morro Bay. Everything in walking distance. Very quiet and homey. Would love to stay again.
