Modern Comfort Near DFW 9.4⭐ Rated Backyard Sunsets

Located in a very quiet neighborhood with a wide drive and garage parking. The kitchen had everything we needed. The rooms were cozy, and the bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable!

The house was spotless and we received plenty of communication from the host -- information about check in, amenities, security, check out -- and very rapid responses to our questions. We'd definitely stay here again!

House was perfect for my family, close proximity to several tourist attractions. Will definitely be back!

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament traveling with a few players. The home was arranged nicely to accommodate, with two twin beds in each of the secondary bedrooms. The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Close to grocery stores, Starbucks, etc. We would stay again.

The location was excellent. Easy access to freeways getting to Fort Worth and Dallas. Comfortable beds. Enjoyed sitting in backyard.

Nice place, very helpful & responsive hosts, comfy beds. Nice, big kitchen. Only issue was house was completely dark when we arrived. No outside lighting, hard to see address. No bulb in entry way light. All inside lighting/celing fans a bit tricky using remotes to turn on/off.

I highly recommend this property! Alexander was a very communicative host and his property was spot on with the pictures!

Our stay at this house was great. The house was clean and essentials were supplied. It had a cozy feel. The location was so convenient to a couple of places we visited being Legoland and the Sea Life Grapevine

It was a nice short stay. We came into town for a leadership conference and the home was perfect for our group of 5. It was clean and beds were comfortable.

Overall, everything was great, however, the great room tv was in Spanish and there were no instructions or way to change it. Additionally, when we stepped outside the house, sitting in the driveway, there was a blocker preventing us from using our navigation system until we reached the Exxon station on the corner. (Note: The shower door in the master bathroom needs repair. It won't stay closed when taking a shower and there is a loose tile on the inside at the shower entrance.)

We reserved this property because we were attending a conference at The Gaylord. The house was very well maintained, spacious, and in a great neighborhood. Due to time constraints, we were unable to enjoy the back yard, but it looked inviting. We

We stayed for a few nights for our christmas trip. It was an ok stay. The oven didnt work well nor did the coffee maker so wasnt able to use the kcups we brought. But overall it provided us what we needed for our short term vacation.

Lighting in bedrooms, living room needs to be better. No dish towels in kitchen (minor) problem. Living room was cold. Need to let guest know that the thermostat upstate heats the whole house. The downstairs thermostat does not work.

This was a very nice, cozy and comfortable home for a girls’ getaway. The bedrooms, bathrooms, common areas were perfect and we can’t say enough good things about it. Very pampering experience ☺️

This was a perfect little house. Very nice neighborhood and we loved the location. It was a quick trip to the Gaylord Texan, Grapevine Mills mall, and over to Frisco for Ikea!

Very and nice clean property and excellent location. Overall our experience was pleasant. There were a couple of mild inconveniences with lighting in the Sunrise room and access to the lower rack of the dishwasher. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Booked for me and guest staying in Dallas. House was great n enough beds for guest. No issues at all except for a few small issues ie master shower handle, the master toilet constantly runs and need additional towels. Would recommend telling guest to bring more especially for ladies who wear makeup. Other than that it served its purpose. Very quiet neighborhood and great backyard. Would absolutely book again. Thanks so much for sharing your home. I had a great 50th weekend.
