POINT B EXCLUSIVE - This recently built Modern Colonial has a stylish Vineyard vibe throughout, and is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood near The Sailing Camp and The Lagoon Pond.

The first-floor features a light-filled, modern floor plan with open Living, Dining, and Kitchen Areas. The Living Area is centered around a stone fireplace with seating and large screen TV. It opensto the Dining and Kitchen Areas. The Dining Area is framed by two walls of glass windows and French doors that open out to a screened porch with an outdoor Living Area. Back inside, the Cook's Kitchen has stainless appliances, large center prep island/breakfast bar, and marble counters.
