Modern Coastal Waterfront Retreat with Heated Pool & Dock

This is a homely and well stocked house in a great location and a decent sized pool. Kitchen is well equipped with plenty of items available so you are not having to buy everything in. Two lounge areas and a substantial outside area means a family can spread out and have their own space. Master bedroom is lovely with large comfortable bed and plenty of room. All the rooms have a walk in closet which is fantastic for storing all your suitcases and clothes away out of site. It was an unusually cold January but there is plenty to keep you occupied both at home and within an hours drive. A good selection of games and puzzles kept us entertained throughout. Especially appreciated was one double and two single kayaks along with two excellent quality bikes. All with the additional equipment needed to use safely. Brad, the host, is an excellent communicator and replies promptly. He was really helpful with suggestions of activities and places to eat and the digital ‘Housebook’ contained all the vital information you need. All utilities such as kettle, coffee machine, washing machine, dryer and numerous TVs are of excellent quality and up to date. WiFi was available everywhere and fast. Plenty of parking outside and a really friendly and safe neighborhood. I can thoroughly recommend this accommodation and Brad is a wonderful host. It is certainly worth the money and when searching in this area, it stood out above the rest. A brilliant holiday and really relaxing. Thanks

Amenities plus peace and quiet

Our stay was absolutely flawless.The property was even better than the listing photos.The house itself was immaculate-clean, beautifully decorated, and clearly very well-maintained.Communication with the host was prompt, friendly, and they provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions for check-in and check-out.We highly recommend this property to anyone!

The owner was amazing!! Great communication! The property was as described!! I couldn’t believe how quiet the neighborhood was!! The pool and lanai were the best part of course!! Highly recommend!! 5 stars all the way!!

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Palms Over Water Villa last week. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. The location is ideal for various beaches and other activities. Our children enjoyed swimming in the pool and having their own bedroom space. We will definitely stay here again.

Best time spent in Florida. The house has all the little things that are needed. Close to great shopping and things to do. Very pleasant owner and responds quickly.

House is in a quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping and restaurants via car. Well kept property and the owner is very responsive to any needs you may have. I stayed here in October 2022 and September 2024 and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Palms Over Water was the perfect place for our relaxing vacation. Almost anything you could need for activities is provided (bikes, kayaks, life vests, beach chairs, etc) and the kitchen has every dish or pan you could need for home cooked meals. The neighborhood was quiet but just a short distance from grocery stores and local restaurants. Brad was quick to respond to a question we had and really thoughtful with the welcome packet & guidance touches throughout the house. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and fishing off the dock. Our favorite restaurants were the Lobster Lady Seafood & Urban Buzz Coffee. We would definitely stay again if in the area!

Our stay at Palms over Water was exactly what we were hoping for and so much more! The home was not only beautiful but immaculate and very comfortable. We loved the pool and all the extras especially the kayaks and fishing rods! It was so peaceful and yet all attractions and shops were very close by. Thank you Brad for an incredible vacation! The house was clean, beautiful, and had everything you need. The pool was excellent while the views to the canal was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and there are plenty of restaurants to try. Overall, we will be back to this beautiful house and will recommend it to our family. This was our first time being in Cape Coral and we had the best time. The house was wonderful and owners were very responsive. The pictures showed exactly what you were coming to. We will definitely be back!!!
