Modern Coastal Retreat with Pool and Fire Pit

This house it’s very dirty with insect's,fleas,weevils, claiming the wall and windows, the bed was dirty ,every were of the house , my grandson was bitten by insect and he have reaction and my dougther have to back to San Antonio with her family, because the dirty house and all the insects in the house, and if you want to see more videos I can sending to you, the trash can smells horrible bed bugs .

This was a beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood 5 minutes from Seawall and Walmart. We would stay again.

Enjoyed the place!!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was as advertised. When we arrived, there was a small maintenance issue and the property manager had it fixed promptly. We were very thankful as we were only there one night. There were plenty of serving utensils, plates, cups and knives and the kitchen was great! Could use some updated pots and pans that aren’t losing their non-stick coating. If you were there for a week, you may want to bring your own. We were only there for a night and this house was perfect for our group. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

We will never stay at a hotel in Galveston again when this property is available!

Easy from. Start to finish. Understood exactly what the expectations were.

We had a terrific stay. The house is newer, in great shape and very clean. Its located on a quiet street with lots of scenery.There are lots of beds with plenty of bedding. The a/c kept the house at a good temperature. Most of the rooms have ceiling fans plus there are a couple box fans if you need a little more air. All communication with the host was friendly and prompt.

Great stay and great location! Not on the beach but close enough to get over there! With the pool we didn’t really miss it! So close to the cutest coffee shop too!

House is beautiful inside and out! The kitchen has everything you need! Walking distance to wade fishing in the bay at the end of the road. We had the much needed relaxing family trip!! Will be back again this is our new favorite spot!

Had a great time in July staying at this VRBO with family. Pool was clean. Very nice to get out of the heat. Pictures don’t show it but there are chairs around the pool to relax. Plenty of room for 7 adults. Lots of stairs. Would have been nice if there was a small table and chairs to eat outside on the back deck but we made due. Fire pit was fun to sit around a make s'mores. Close to stores and the Seawall. Hosts responded extremely fast which was very nice. Would definitely stay again.

Upon arrival access to the home was easy and the premises seemed as described. Then we noticed what appeared to be black mold around the air vent in upstairs bathroom. We notified the owner and was asked to send photo, which we did. Owner failed to respond back. The same mold was found in both bathrooms. The backdoor knob was very loose. We discovered we were provided one extra kitchen trash bag for a one week stay with 8 people (hardly adequate), one disher washer pod, one roll of paper towels and one small bottle of dish soap. We had to buy more paper towels and dish soap. No pot holders were provided nor was there any extra bed linens or blankets. Two bar-b-ques were on site. One had holes bigger than your fist on the bottom. Both were char-coal which we had to supply. There was a firepit but no wood. All week we battled ants on the kitchen counter. Overall, we had a pleasant stay but owners hospitality and maintenance could certainly be improved.

Nice and beautiful

We stayed one night in the house. It is beautiful with very comfortable beds. It is spacious except the bedrooms (not master) are packed with beds. It didn't bother us but there isn't much room to move around due to all the beds. The only issue we had was no drain plug in the bathtub so I could bathe my grandson (easily fixed and I did notify the owner) and the couches need to be moved so they can be swept and mopped under - lots of food and dirt under them which my grandson was trying to get. Otherwise it was fantastic!

This property is exactly as described. Very clean , very spacious, enough room for your family. We love the beach in the winter as much as we do in the summer. The backyard was great for roasting marshmallows and making s’mores in the fire pit. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal vs eating out if that’s what you choose. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be coming back.

It is a lovely place to stay comfortable all the amenities We’re perfect,and this time we saw the pool but did not get a chance to get in it because of the weather and the time we had we were actually there for a convention and most of the day we were at the convention we hope to stay there again and enjoy ourselves and you’re beautiful home.

Beautiful home, very clean and open, everything worked great, loved the amenities, pool was very nice. Only issue was lack of willingness to work with check in/out times even after being informed of child requirements. Total stay was 19 hrs.

Its a beautiful house. You can see that there has been recent upgrades. Especially, the bathrooms and kitchen. ( the kitchen was my favorite spot!) Just gorgeous! Comfy beds, washer dryer in spacious utility room. The pool was so refreshing and was a better alternative to the beach for us. Especially, having my 3 year old granddaughter It was very well maintained. Very nice experience for my family and I

Wonderful house, and the pool is great. Host is friendly and great with communication. Had zero issues during our stay. Definitely recommend!
