Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our family stayed here for a week for my son’s baseball tournament. There was plenty of room for our big family. The house was very clean! The backyard did not have a comfortable patio set for sitting outdoors though. There are only two small chairs and a tiny table. It would have been nice to be able to sit outside in comfortable outdoor seating. Overall I would recommend this house.

Stayed Jan 21, 2022Beautiful 4bdrm home in Pt St. Licie. It’s actually 5bdrm if you count the sleep-in office. Very Convenient location in a nice neighborhood Owner is a professional and very easy to work with and she was very helpful with the whole accommodation process. Don’t miss this one, it’s really nice.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our family was originally going to Destin, FL but something occurred at that vacation home and we set our eyes on Port St Lucie. Our host was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and responsive to all our needs. The house itself was breathtaking. Plenty space, extremely clean, very accommodating and huge. I appreciated the hospitality. We will return for sure.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969nice new house had issues with the main tv in living room would not work on direct tv other tv s in bedrooms work owner is not very helpful lives in denver so has no local person who can deal with any issues as in past rentals from evolve there is a local person who came either that day or the next also no sports channels like espn lot of channels that nobody ever watches the master bedroom and the other beds were so low to the floor made it hard to get out of for a person of age and the bathroom toilets were low also made hard to get off also

Stayed Dec 29, 2020Our check in process was simple. The property manager replies no more than 2 min, very kind and helpful. The kitchen island is HUGE, very continent for a family trip. Everything in the kitchen that is listed was provided and more. There are plenty of bath towels, plus more in the kitchen. Publix grocery store is 5 min away from the home. Turnpike only a few blocks away... over all a very nice stay, neighbors are very kind as well... I’d definitely stay here again!

Stayed Oct 16, 2020This house had plenty of room for our group. The owner was very helpful when we had an issue with the TV. The house was decorated very sparse - needs some personal touches to make it feel more welcoming. More importantly it needs to be better stocked. For example, there were no spices, only 4 dinner plates, no kitchen towels, no patio furniture, etc. It was like we were visiting a model home. This property has so much potential; hoping the owners will consider the benefit of these small improvements .
