Modern Coastal Charm • Near AMI Beach-IMG Academy

We made plans for a last minute weekend getaway and we came across this property which was perfect for our family of 4. It was very close to Ana Maria Island which is a here we spent the majority of our time exploring. The host was very communicative and the property had all the necessary amenities. The private outdoor area was a nice place to relax and the kids enjoyed playing there as well. We would definitely book this property again in the future and hopefully for a longer stay next time.

My daughter and I stayed at this charming rental for Mother's Day weekend. This was perfect and our host Dayana was a gem. So responsive and genuinely cared that we were comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, beach towels, chairs and a mini cooler were provided. Dayana even welcomed us with a bottle of wine. Nice touch! We each had our own bedrooms which were quite comfortable. The private patio was so nice and we were close to everything! Coqina Beach and the Dacquiri Deck were the best! I will definitely look for this as my first go to when in Bradenton. Thanks Dayana!!

Very cute 2 bedroom place with parking, Wi-fi, private fenced outdoor space. Safe location convenient drive to the beach. Would stay there again.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Perfect for our needs. Lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Short drive to the beach! 10/10 recommend.

This is a wonderful home. Perfect for us. Very clean. Dayana answered any questions we had, and provided everything we needed when check in. The location was easy to get in and out of, and close to everything. If we make it back , would stay again.

Dayana was an excellent host. She checked in several times to be sure everything was going well. Things were just like they were advertised. Nice quiet neighborhood.

The host came over quickly in about an hour to try and fix coffee maker that didn’t work and to drop off filters for the other coffee maker. Determined it didn’t work, went out and brought back another one. The VRBO is quaint, living room is a little narrow with one sofa and large TV up on opposite wall.

Great stay! Highly recommend, nice and clean, quiet neighborhood, host was great as well. Close to amazing restaurants and not to far from the beach.

We had one very small issue and the Host helped us very promptly and was very friendly. The house was clean and we enjoyed the green front yard.

The host was really communicative, the property was exactly as in the pictures and it was very clean. We appreciated the amenities for our weekend. Stay to include a small cooler and a couple of beach chairs if we needed them. I liked the outdoor space and we used it to hang out and enjoy the weather.

The space is exceptionally clean and well equipped, and the host is quick to respond.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and matched the online pictures. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. The host Dayana was great, she accommodated us with an early check-in as our flight was landing in the morning and she was always super quick to respond to any question we asked via the messaging of the VRBO app. Thank you Dayana!

This was a perfect location as it was close to stores and restauraunts and only about 10 minutes to the beach.
