Stayed Apr 5, 2024This property is easily the best rental property that we have experienced. The house is wonderfully maintained and well-equipped, accommodations including bed linens and towels are first class. Back yard overlooking the neighborhood lake and walking trail provides some serenity, quiet and safe neighborhood with many options nearby (Walgreens, restaurants, well-lit gas stations), and easy access to major roads within 3-5 minutes, but no road noise at the house. Whether short or long term, we highly recommend this property for your stay in Phoenix (Mesa).
