Modern Chic Bungalow + Pool House Outdoor Shower

Loved our stay! The house was perfect for our little getaway. Very clean. Comfortable sleeping accommodations. Loved having a laundry facility to keep up with the daily laundry. Would highly recommend!

I thought there was 3 bedrooms which was incorrect. The third bedroom was a small pool house with a very tiny couch which converted to a very small twin bed. My 6'6 son could not fit so he slept on the couch in the living room. I did not realize this until after the cancellation period so it was totally my fault. Cudos to Kayla! She was very helpful after we left. She helped us recover a lost wallet.

The house was in a bad neighborhood. The pool had stuff in it where it looked like someone mowed the lawn. House looked bigger in photos.

This was perfect for our small family to explore an area of the country that we had not previously visited. We packed and went to a different beach each day in the morning and came home for lunch. Our little ones loved splashing in the pool in the afternoons, and we were able to have focused time with them discussing water safety without having to worry about other folks.

This is a great home away from home, comfortable beds, loved the backyard and pool and a great location. Close to stores and beaches but in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Great amazing property will rent again

This was a very cute and cozy space. We enjoyed relaxing out back by the pool and found the space to be very comfortable. The host was courteous and very prompt to answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was a good home base for visiting family, was fairly clean, and the host was easy to communicate with. However, the pictures give a higher end impression that doesn't really match the feel of the house in person. It was obviously a cheap cosmetic reno, and the quality shows in buckling LVP floors, rusty screw heads coming through bathroom drywall, and poor exterior maintenance. The pool is also TINY, which isn't the end of the world but again didn't come through in the pictures

Our stay was okay. The inside was nice but the place is a lot smaller than the pics made them look. The outside was not well kept. The lawn was super long and looked run down. The neighbors were a little sketchy looking. The AC in the pool house or “third bedroom” did not work so we could not have anyone stay in there. I would def not list this place as a three bedroom and two bath. It truly is a 2 bedroom and 1 bath place. The location was good though.

Listing this property as a 3 bedroom 2 bath is an egregious misrepresentation. Bedrooms are accessible from the main house. My calls/voicemails were never returned. Poor hospitality to put it nicely. Worst experience I’ve had with vrbo to date. Run your business with integrity. Not even sure who the actual host is?? Different name at the house then provided on the listing.

We had a great time during our stay. Kids loved the pool in the backyard. We weren't far from the beaches, which was a must for us. We had 1 small issue and the host got back to us immediately and solved our issue. We would highly recommend this place!

Very nice place to stay with a relaxing backyard pool. Within 20 minutes from the beach and downtown St. Petersburg makes it a nice quite neighborhood still close to tons of activities
