Great location right down the street from the lakefront and pool! Beautiful spacious home, that's very family-friendly and clean. Can't wait to come back sometime soon!

House was in a great location. Very clean. Worked well for our group of 4 adults and 3 kids. There was a boil water advisory, which made things a challenge, but was obviously not the fault of the owner. We also discovered that the oven did not work properly on our last full day. Alex was responsive and let us know that it would be getting fixed (unfortunately after our departure). Overall, a very good experience.

Perfect home for our family to vacation with young children, 1-5 years. We loved the nice size backyard with the picnic tables and fire pit. The easy access to the pool and beach at the lake was wonderful!!

Multiple couples stayed for a special weekend to celebrate a brother’s anniversary House served our purpose perfectly. Plenty of room. Clean. Roomy. Would recommend

It was a great house to stay at while our daughter graduated from RPI in Troy. The house had the right number of bedrooms and 2 being on the main level with a full bath with walk-in shower was perfect for the grandmas. The restaurant in town, Seconds Restaurant, was the perfect setting for my daughter’s graduation dinner, and being able to visit a few of the villages in the Hudson Valley was a bonus.

This house was perfect for our group! The kitchen was fully equipped to meet our needs and the bedrooms and bathrooms offered ample space. The home itself was very kid friendly with pack n plays, a highchair, toys, etc. It is located in a very cute community and had a grocery store, liquor store, gas station all nearby.

Nice host and home! The owner was very responsive when i pointed out a minor issue in the bathroom. We took off one star because, as a group, we felt the cleaning fee was too high, especially considering you are required to clean before you leave.

Our group of 12 had a great stay at the house. There was plenty of room for us all with the spacious bedrooms and 2 living room areas. We had 2 kids use the floor mattresses which worked well for them. The house was clean, kitchen well stocked, grill was easy to use, very close walk to the pool and beach areas. Lastly, the owner Alex was very easy to communicate with and answered questions right away. Highly recommend this house!

This beautiful home boasts a great open floor plan, with two living rooms and is excellent for entertaining a large family. Great decor inside and out with top notch furnishings. The very attentive hosts provided everything you could ask for in a vacation home and more. I have rented many homes at Sleepy Hollow Lake and this one by far is one of the best! Highly recommend.

This community is remote enough that you only interact with those that are staying onsite, but the grocery store is only a short drive. The pool was less than a 5min walk and wasn't overly crowded. The beach is right next to the pool, and while small wasn't overly crowded either. The home is well styled and well laid out for our party of 10 (5 adults, 5 teens). Pros: access to on property amenities; excellent communication and responsiveness from owner; two larger screen TV's; Opportunities: acoustics on first floor are poor due to vaulted ceiling; property needs minor preventative maintenance work; only enough dishes for one meal for our party size

Lovely property well-maintained. Walking distance to pool house and lake swimming area. Fishing on land too. 20-40 min drive to popular Catskills destinations, great getaway with enough space for our 11 (6 adults, 5 kids).

The property is lovely and well suited to a large group. It is perfect for families to enjoy each other and be totally comfortable. The additional amenities add tremendously to what you can do together without driving anywhere else. I highly recommend this property and hope to enjoy it again with our family! Cheers!!!!

House was very roomy and met our needs. It was clean and had most everything we needed. The association has great amenities and is great for families. The lake and pool were well maintained. There is a parking permit process that must be completed. I didn't know about that until the day before our trip and didn't receive the form until the day we checked in. I wish this was communicated to me sooner. It was a minor issue that didn't impact us too much.

The house was great. It's new and had everything we needed/wanted. Thre was a small deck where the BBQ grill was located and there were plenty of seats and tables on the lawn. We had a great time BBQing. The yard was not fenced, but had natural vegetation separting it from the other properties. We loved the community pool/beach/tennis court. The pool/beach was just a few houses down. The doggy beach was small, but that didn't stop our dog from going swimming. The community dog park was not fenced for those who are bringing their dog(s). We loved it so much and will be returning next year. The owner was TOP NOTCH. Answering all our questions and addressing all our needs. Cannot be happier.
