Absolutely amazing. So clean and well stocked! Beds are so comfortable. Pillows amazing. Lots of thoughtful extras everywhere. Host was perfect at communicating. Love it!!!

We felt spoiled in every way from the soaps, linens, beds, and even a personal celebration basket for a birthday. The hostess is generous with her time and communication to ensure you have a memorable stay. We recommend this property without hesitation; you will be HAPPY!

I was skeptical about how many great reviews there were on this. There has to be something to have a 3 or 4 star……there really wasn’t. It’s a great place, location, and communication from Tracy. So fun to have all of Saugatuck at your doorstep.

This is an excellent property in Saugatuck, within an easy 2 minute walk to the restaurants, coffee shops and activities the village has to offer. The apartment was pristine and clearly designed with pride and guest comfort in mind. The coffee/cocktail bar particularly stands out as well-stocked. The welcome bottle of wine was a lovely touch. Our host, Tracy was exceptionally communicative and great to work with.

Spacious and very clean! Everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend in Saugatuck. 1 block to downtown and the view from the patio is amazing! Will be back! Tracy kept in touch the whole time making sure we were comfortable

Sunset Oasis is a beautifully appointed spot near everything downtown Saugatuck has to offer. Tracy thought of everything. We did a little winter get away so werent able to take advantage of the covered porch/outside area. Super clean, good comfortable beds, nice linens and towels. Full size refrigerator, and easy check in and out. We thoroughly enjoyed this rental.

Tracy is an amazing host! She has thought of everything that you may need and more!! Great area with so much to do. Best VRBO experience ever. We will be returning to this wonderful area/rental.

I loved everything about this place! Location, decor, amenities. No need for a car, just park and walk everywhere. The beds were so comfortable and the host was very attentive and detail oriented. 10 out of 10! Would definitely book again!

This is an amazing rental! The host thought of everything you could possibly need. Communication with her was great. The location is perfect, Easy walking distance to downtown Saugatuck! Very clean and perfect space for four adults. Hopefully we get to go back.

Came to celebrate a 40th anniversary in one of our favorite towns. Tracy’s place is one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in Saugatuck. Everything we needed was right there. It was nice that we were on a quiet street yet right in the heart of it all. This is a special place to stay.
