Modern Charlotte Home ~ 4 Mi to Downtown!

Upon arrival things were not as expected due to miscommunication with staff but the owner’s attentiveness and responsiveness was the game changer that made the difference. The house is roomy, great for multi family members and perfect location. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was good

This stay was truly unacceptable and not at all what was advertised. The listing photos were very misleading, and the condition of the property was poor.There were stains all over the upstairs carpet, and ants in the kitchen got into my pet’s food—we had to throw out a 30 lb bag of dog food. We also found cockroaches, flying ants or termites, and wasp nests at both the front and back doors. The level of cleanliness was well below standard.The main bedroom had a clogged sink, and the shower door handle was coming off. The sofa had cigarette burns. In the kids’ room, the mattress was torn, the bed slats were broken, and the ceiling fan lights didn’t work—same issue in another bedroom. No washcloths or hand soap were provided, and a kitchen drawer was broken.Shockingly, we found sex-related items in the nightstand of the master bedroom—completely inappropriate. We also found a toy cockroach in our bed, which really emphasized the lack of thorough cleaning.On our last morning, the fire alarm went off at 7 AM and lasted 30 minutes. I contacted the owner, who eventually sent a code, but by then the alarm had already stopped. The management company just said they’d “make a note.” We were only refunded the cleaning fee, which hardly addressed the many issues.I would not recommend this property to anyone. It was a stressful and uncomfortable experience, and I sincerely hope the owner and management take action to fix the problems.

House was close to downtown and a great market. Plenty of space and we really enjoyed our time.

The house was beautiful and the host was very understanding and had great communication, i even extended my stay another night!

First of kudos to Peter. Quick response to all of my questions and very pleasant personality. The house was as advertised, clean, spacious, well maintained and stocked with kitchen supplies. I would definitely recommend this lovely home. The neighborhood is quiet and safely observed. I really felt safe with the external cameras.

We rented this property for a birthday celebration. Friends and family drove 4 plus hours to get to the home. We were told that check in was 4pm. My son arrived after 5pm. The house was a mess, sink full of dirty dishes, all the beds had been slept in. The trash was running over. Complete disaster and there we were with 8 guests showing up and no where to go. We contacted the owner Peter who told us to go to dinner and he would have the cleaning crew come. We had to leave the home to give them time to clean. By this time we’re still out having dinner at 10pm due to the inconvenience. The owner told us he would refund the first night for our troubles. Needless to say he never refunded us the money for the first night as he stated he would. Now is completely ignoring our attempts in making this right. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Don’t make the same mistake we did.

Had a great time at this property. The house was very spacious, clean and close to downtown as well as many other attractions in the area. Very easy check in process and the host was extremely responsive. Would stay here again!

Good location. Good communication when we needed it. Great layout for families. Mattresses need updating.

Perfect escapee from the aftermath of the hurricane

This home was immaculate. It serviced all of my family's needs. I was a little skeptical in the beginning but once i arrived it was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness and how easy check in was. The host did everything in his power to accommodate us. I will surely book again with this company and home. Thank you
