Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, offering seating for eight, and the living room, complete with a cozy fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame breathtaking lake views. The main floor also hosts the luxurious primary suite, boasting a king-sized bed, a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, and direct access to the expansive lakeview deck. Upstairs, you'll find one additional king bedroom with its own unique charm and ample closet space. The downstairs level features the third and fourth bedroom one with a king bed and the other with a twin over queen bunk bed, perfect for kids or extra guests. Outside, the property offers a private dock for easy lake access, a spacious deck with outdoor seating, and a BBQ grill for al fresco dining. Guest Access:

The garage is NOT accessible. Guests can park on the concrete area in front of the home. Please do not block the street or the neighbors driveway. There will be a lock box by the front door with the key to obtain a key.

-Black Rock Marina & Shooters Restaurant: about 5 minutes by car for boat launches, lake access, rentals, drinks, and casual dining.

-Downtown Coeur d’Alene: a scenic 25–30 minute drive for shopping, restaurants, beaches, Tubbs Hill, and events.

-Grocery stores & essentials: available in Coeur d’Alene on your way to or from the home.

-Golf: The Golf Club at Black Rock is just minutes away.

-Spokane International Airport: approximately 50–55 minutes by car.

-The neighborhood roads are paved but hilly and winding, which is part of the charm and what gives you the beautiful lake views. In winter months, AWD/4WD is recommended.

There is ample parking at the property, and once you’re here it’s the perfect home base for boating, hiking, biking, and exploring North Idaho.
