Modern Canton Home: 10 Mi to Lake Allatoona!

First, the positive.The pictures do not exaggerate! The rooms are as spacious as the website promises. The house is beautiful and exceptionally clean. We loved all the natural light coming through the windows that lit up the whole house, and the DISTANT view is beautiful. Our MAIN complaint was that upon arriving, we notified management that the smoke detector in the master suite (which is locked to guests, reserved for owner's use only) was beeping, and beeped all 4 days and nights we were there. Also, management acknowledged the remote to control the blind's covering the sliding glass doors is missing and there is no way to manually lower the blind. There is NO PRIVACY in the kitchen or breakfast area! At least 1/2 dozen houses can look directly inside, especially at night! They need to UPGRADE their MATTRESSES and provide extra blankets.The king bed has a thin mattress and a wooden board in place of a box spring, and like previous reviews, there really is no other way to describe it than a ROCK HARD MATTRESS! The double bed is subpar, also, with a thin mattress that rolls to the middle.With only one bathroom upstairs,groups should be aware that without the master suite available, guests must share the one full bath upstairs. While this is not a deal breaker, it did require effort on our part to coordinategetting ready for the wedding we were there to attend. There is a 1/2 bath downstairs, but all the bedrooms are upstairs. Nice house, sadly managed

House and neighborhood is great. Our family lives on Mount Laurel so we were within walking distance if so chose. Only downfall were the mattresses. ROCK hard. Left with very sore ribs and back. Bathroom rugs should be washed after each rental. Bathroom fllor needed more attention behind door. Nothing drastic but a little TLC.

Very quiet, peaceful, clean, and easy process. The home was great! They did however have the basement, garage, and master bedroom blocked off. But there still is 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bath available with an extra dining and also sitting/family room. It was very spacious with a nice view.

Worked well for us while we waited for our new house to be ready. It does take about 8-10 min to get to the house from the front of the neighborhood.

Came up for a basketball tournament in Cartersville but couldn’t find any reasonable properties close to the venue. Choose this listing because it was priced well and not too far away. This place was clean and there was plenty of room to stretch out between games.

Very comfortable. Needs a few thing to make it more homey. Benches or chairs in the bedrooms. More blankets and throw pillows. All in all, it was perfect for us. Highly recommend. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Close to everything.

This is a beautiful home, nice and spacious with a gorgeous view. The kitchen is fully stocked, however the utensils/cookware and dishes could be better quality-also having a cookie sheet would be a good addition. An outdoor table to take advantage of the view would be amazing as well. The bedrooms are big, the large king mattress was hard as a rock and not comfortable at all but that is personal preference. I would recommend if you book, make sure you understand there is only one full bathroom. It does show that in the description, but I assumed for a family of 6 you would have an additional bathroom. Definitely my mistake-just a little surprised! Overall it was a good place to call “home” for a few days but the lack of a second full bathroom will cause us to think twice before booking again.

Everything was very comfortable. Beds were a little hard. Could use some chairs and n bedrooms. All in all we would definitely stay again. Very nice!
