The house was great. Perfect for a family getaway. The property manager was easy to get ahold of and helped out quickly with a couple of small things. The back yard was awesome to just hang out, relax and enjoy a beverage by the pool. Would recommend this place and the manager for sure!

This was the perfect house for my family. It was very clean and they provided every type of cleaning supplies you can think of. Also provided was laundry soap, dryer sheets, hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, spices, plastic forks, paper plates, napkins, paper towel, toilet paper and more. I’ve never stayed in a rental where the host was so thoughtful. My kids spent most of their time outside and off of devices! They played a lot of checkers and Jenga. The backyard was beautiful. The outdoor furniture was comfortable and was perfect for watching March Madness. It’s in a great location with a lot of restaurant and shopping options. We would absolutely stay here again.

Loved, loved this house. kitchen was stocked with everything you could need, the house was surprisingly bigger then it looked in the pictures. We loved the pool, hottub, and outside tv. Beds and blankets were perfect.The gift basket with little treats and a bottle of wine was a great surprise!

We had a wonderful stay at A Modern Cactus in Peoria, AZ over the Christmas holiday! Communication with Shawna and Karen was A. The place was impeccably clean, classy, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor space, complete with a pool and spa, was absolutely beautiful and perfect for relaxing. The beds were incredibly comfy, making for a restful and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and stylish getaway!

2nd stay here and very nice and well equipped for a longer stay (9 days)Might be time for a new couch but otherwise a wonderful place to stay.

They genuinely want you to enjoy the property and willing to help you with any questions or needs. The property itself was clean well kept and had anything and everything to make your stay enjoyable.

Comfortable home with wonderful back yard

This house was outstanding!!! The responses when needed were immediate!! The only thing to complain about was the filter in fridge! I would HIGHLY recommend this house!

Great property for families and the location was perfect for us.

Had such an assume time staying here with my 4 Kids. First time to Arizona, and man it was hot! The pool and and outside patio is on point! Great memories definitely made there with my Ohana. The house is beautiful inside and out and we were all stoked staying in style. Mahalo for letting us stay in your beautiful home.
