This incredible mountain home will accommodate sixteen guests and is one of the coziest vacation spots on Sugar Mountain. It has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a stone wood-burning fireplace, and private Wi-Fi. The downstairs bedrooms include a King-sized and Queen-sized bed in one room, The downstairs also features a Full-sized Futon. The upstairs bedrooms include a King-sized bed in one room and three bedrooms with two Twin beds each. The upstairs also features a living room with a full-sized sleeper sofa. Other features of this home include a wrap-around deck with mountain views, a downstairs sitting area, a beautiful outside patio, and an equipped kitchen. A washer and dryer are available inside for you to use. This unit does have outside security cameras to monitor wildlife. Non-smoking. No pets allowed. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests are required to sign their rental agreement within 7 days of booking.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at this house. There were plenty of beds for our group of 15. The downstairs was awesome for our group of 5 kids. Just a heads up that the tv downstairs does not have a remote so you won’t be able to use it without downloading the Roku app. This house was close to the slopes, not close enough to walk but the shuttle came Friday-Sunday. The driveway is level and was covered in ice but easy to navigate. The kitchen is well equipped! No measuring cups so bring some if needed. Our group would gladly stay here again!

There wasn’t enough household supply’s for the week. There was only two garbage bags and no dish soap at all. The house was also dusty as if the house never gets dusted. Other than that the house was good.

It was a nice house had plenty of room the pictures did make the room seem a little bit bigger than they really were but overall it was a well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels and clean. Also enough parking.

A pleasant stay and close location to Sugar Mt. and not too far from Beech. Would stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent place to stay...house is huge and way bigger than what we needed but for the price we couldn’t have asked for a better place. The downstairs was perfect for the kids. The house was very clean. The front door had a loose door knob and if I would have had a screwdriver I could have fixed it in a couple of mins but the resort office was notified and stated they would take care of it. I always use sugar mountain resort and real estate and they have been great every year. I highly recommend them for any trip to the area!
