Modern Bunglow 2mins to Airport, Uptown Charlotte, Panther Stadium, Spectrum, etc

Our group was in town for work and had an amazing stay here! The home is well maintained, well stocked, and had plenty of space for us to spread out. The beds were comfortable and our host was extremely helpful! We also liked the location which made it very easy to get downtown and had the added benefit of being close to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

The home could definitely be upgraded. Poor quality bathrooms. The lockbox code wasn’t displayed properly. The listing photos look decent and cute, but in actuality, the neighborhood is not the best. Lower quality area. Females staying alone will need to stay with caution! People walking, gunshots, busy main road.

house condition was fine, the beds were stained, smelled like weed and cigarettes.

This was a nice place close to everything you need. Quite area a little busy road but nothing bad. Had plenty of room for what we needed for the weekend.

The listing is just what it says. Simple and sweet. We travel here once a year for family. Perfect for a family and with pets. There’s a nice sized backyard for getting your pets essential exercise or if you would like to just spend time outside enjoying nature. Everything was clean. Centrally located, you can get just about anywhere within 20-25 minutes, pending traffic of course. We plan on booking here for our future family trips.

Location was ideal for our family purpose. We were able to get in and out of Charlotte easily, plenty of stores and restaurant choices in the area, for everyday needs. House was generally clean and you can clearly see very nice renovations recently made. We did not need to stay long or cook many meals. The kitchen still needs some items to sufficiently make a meal, but had the basics. Some side tables and lamps in main living area would be more 'homey'. We could not figure out the living room tv, but the bedroom one worked. We love to play cards, so it didn't matter to us much. :) This house is on a main road and there is traffic and transportation sounds throughout the night, and lights (that was blinking all night - to no control of this house). Some noise reduction curtains would help with all of that. Overall, we were thankful to have a secure place to rest and fellowship as a family.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay but we had a couple of complaints. There were a bunch of ants in the kitchen. There were only 2 forks. There was hair in one of the beds. All of the surfaces were not wiped.

We were in town to attend a concert at the stadium. This place is very close to downtown without being in downtown. There is shopping close by and lots of amazing restaurants! We were only a short Uber drive to the stadium and The Underground for a Pop Up show! The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was quite! Lots of parking and easy to navigate to shopping. Great place to stay when visiting Charlotte.

Good location a 7 minute drive to the city. Property manager had great communication. House looks recently renovated.

Everything was neat but we didn’t have any cleaning tools. one bedroom the closet was locked shut. we were given different check in numbers. the grass was not cut and the gate was halfway broke open. they decided to come during our stay and fix it. barely any pots to cook with.
