This was an AMAZING stay! Absolutely perfect! The host went above and beyond to ensure comfort for the guest. They literally thought of everything! Would highly recommend!

The cleanest and most updated place I have stayed at with VRBO. The pictures are exact, two nice bedrooms and an Air Hockey table and foosball table. Nice welcome gift/snacks on arrival. Easy to check in and great communication from Owner.

Luxurious bedding. Large and beautiful space. Very well stocked kitchen! The space was even decorated for Christmas. So welcoming and homey. Games galore. Best vrbo sleep ever. Can't wait to return.

Comfortable beds with fabulous pillows. Very good location if you need to travel to Hamilton and Niagara/Niagara On The Lake—right in the middle. Highly recommend.

Great place, clean, bright and the kitchen had everything we needed. The shower is AMAZING!!, roomy and the well lit. Host checked in to see how things were going once throughout our stay too.

Location was very convenient and the town was nice with great eating options. Home was clean and cozy with a very comfortable bed and couch.

Super clean, lovely spot. Staircase was a bit steep for elderly or toddlers but for our group, it was fine. We did find it a bit cold but the heaters were helpful. Shower was amazing!!

There are not enough words to describe this wonderful VRBO! The amazing and accommodating hosts live upstairs and are so very kind! Clean, cozy, inviting, beautifully decorated! The beds, linens and pillows are like sleeping on a cloud! Proximity to Niagara Falls and Toronto are awesome! The shores of Lake Ontario are a few minute drive from the home. Great stay in Grimsby while attending a wedding. VRBO was beautiful and luxurious, especially the shower! Easy booking and checking in process.

Overall, we had a good stay at this home! It offered plenty of amenities and was in a convenient location close to shopping and restaurants. That said, we were quite disappointed by the extra guest fee. Only three of us stayed, and with four beds, the house could easily accommodate six people. It didn’t really make sense to be charged extra per guest beyond two. When we asked the host about it, they explained it was due to additional cleaning costs, such as bed making. This was a bit concerning, as we would expect all beds to be cleaned and prepared between stays, regardless of whether they were used. Aside from that issue, our experience was positive

Communication with Allen and Leahy was effortless; they were always prompt, clear, and courteous in their responses. Their accommodating nature truly enhanced our stay, making sure that all our needs were met and that we felt welcomed. The property was well-maintained and offered all the amenities one could hope for. From the cosy interiors to the serene outdoor spaces, every aspect of the property contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. I would certainly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay. Allen and Leahy have created a haven of tranquillity and hospitality that is hard to beat.

We booked this stay so we could be close to the Falls and not too far from Toronto for our TS concert. It exceeded our expectations! It was clean, comfortable, spacious, had everything we needed. The hosts were very kind, had welcome brochures, kitchen snacks and put a lot of thought into what guests would need during their stay. The location was in a nice neighborhood. We grocery shopped at near by Food Basics & cooked breakfast every morning. We fed the seagulls & ducks at Forty Mile park.

The home itself is lovely, and I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect – just a short 30-minute drive to everything I wanted to explore. This property was as advertised and very clean. The hosts were wonderful and very helpful. Our vehicle broke down during our stay and the host recommended a car repair shop and car rental place for us. They were prompt in reponding to our questions. Thanks Allen and Leah.

We were so happy with our stay here! Allen was very communicative and an incredibly kind host. He was accommodating and allowed us to check-in a couple hours early so we could attend our friend's wedding. We had a lovely stay here. The apartment itself was sparkling clean, super spacious, and just stunning. We also were provided with snacks and tourist pamphlets for the Niagara region. Everything is very well-planned out, and thoughtful. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area again. I highly recommend; 10/10! :)
