Stayed Aug 12, 2024This super clean split-level townhouse was just perfect for two sisters and one niece to enjoy! It had all that we needed: The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes, cooking utensils, and extras. The living room was very comfortable with a big-screen TV. The beds were super cozy and comfy! Nice bathroom. It was in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Easy parking in the driveway. The owners were very kind and responsive. If you are unable to do stairs, this would not be for you as there is a small flight going up to the bedrooms/bathroom and a small flight going down to the livinging room/kitchen. We woujld love to stay there again if we ever come back to Des Moines! Thank you, Kelesy!

Stayed Aug 9, 2024I traveled with my adult son back to Iowa for my 35th class reunion and to go to the State Fair. We could not have been happier with this rental. The location is a close distance to everything. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful. The property is well kept and neat. The home itself is well stocked with all the essentials you will need including coffee, creamer, and basic seasonings The beds are some of the most comfortable we have had in any VRBO rental. We will absolutely be renting again on our next visit to Iowa. Highly recommended hosts!
