Tabitha was very good with communication, and the house is in a great location.

Walkable to cute coffee shops and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds and cute front porch. We enjoyed everything about this place. Bring your own bath soaps.

Booking with Tabitha was extremely easy. She communicated with me from the beginning and throughout the check-in process. She provided delicious bread and snacks for our work weekend. Also sent a video explaining additional lighting that she provided specifically for our working needs for a writing weekend getaway. Check out process was easy. Location was easily walkable for neighborhood strolls, restaurants, and stores. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels, and bright airy rooms. I’ll be checking out Tabitha‘s other properties in the future.

We were in town for a tennis tournament. We had three bedrooms and plenty of room for our three kids. Easy check-in and checkout! The backyard was fun for the kids to run around in. Decorated really cute.

Location was great as well as outdoor appearance. Inside was a bit tired with a few frustrating issues that wouldn't take a lot to sort out: dishwasher needs fixing in place as liable to to tip forward and loose whole tray of crockery on floor; curtain rails need fixing to brackets; hinges on both toilet doors need lubricating to stop squeaks; shelves in kitchen need levelling to stop items falling off front; one glass bottom cracked so leaked on bedside table damaging phone; mid size plate chipped; accommodates 6 but crockery only sufficient for 4 so guests had to share. Kitchen needed a kettle. Beds really comfortable, plenty of clean towels, AC unit effective and really enjoyed our stay despite the above easily fixed issues.

Love this house! Very comfortable beds, great dining and living areas - perfect for relaxing at night. Location is fantastic - easily walkable to great shops and restaurants. Our group of four was very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

We were in town for aricm and the house was perfect. Not only is it cute but it’s also clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was also very nice and quiet. We will definitely stay again!

Our family of four (plus grandma) had a great stay! We loved our mattress so much that we took a pic so we could buy for our own bed. Tabitha was super responsive and lots of nice touches like champaign (including plastic flutes!) and stockings for the holidays. Great location, close to lots of restaurants/shops. Would definitely recommend!

We had such an easy stay with all that we needed. The owner has put a lot of time into making the home feel warm and inviting. She was very responsive to any questions or needs we had. We will stay here again on future visits!
