    Peaceful property on a quiet street. Spacious living room and kitchen were enjoyed by all. The backyard was a highlight. Would love to return.

    We did enjoy the pool and the entry way flowers. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The door lock is really weird and hard to lock, and the house is very dated and had multiple things that didn’t work well. Wish we had laundry soap to do some laundry when we left. The handrail is strange and could cause injury, the walls and vents were dirty. Location has nothing within walking distance and would highly recommend renting a car to get to places. It’s about 40 min to the beach. Over all it was a great stay for what we were visiting for.

    Well-maintained property in Beverly Hills. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub; this rental had all of the amenities necessary for my wife’s 40th birthday weekend with friends.

    We basically had to break into the house. The code didn’t work on the door and my son had to crawl through the pet door and unlock the house from the inside because nobody answers the phone for hours. We would have been homeless if we didn’t break in. Then, the house was terrible. Lightbulbs out all over the house. The washer and dryer kept blowing the fuse (had to find the fuse box outside the house) and the refrigerator beeped all week!! Ripoff!!

    We had a group of 7 at this house for a few days of an LA family getaway. The house was super comfortable for all of us - it was great that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. It was great to return to the house each afternoon and relax in the pool after being out and about for the day. The house is easy to get to from the Beverly Hills shopping area. We had a few minor issues upon check-in, but Vacasa team was super supportive, responsive and kind. Thank you!

    The house is very spacious , clean , everything works well . Only the furniture , and curtains need a face lift . overall very good propertity , would stay again
