Though this place is located on the beach, the beach is not conducive to normal beach activities. It is more of a bay and even during high tide, one has to wade a considerable distance before one can swim. During low tide, it is muddy and it has a bad odor.Other than that, the place is great. The host had excellent communication and was very responsive. The pool is great, and so are the kayaks and the paddle boards. The nearby golf course is great, and the price is very reasonable.

Our family had a truly magical experience at this beach retreat. The condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed, including brand new grills outside, which we used several nights while enjoying the serene lagoon and stunning views. The beach was just footsteps away, and we loved venturing out during low tide to catch crabs and search for beautiful shells with our kiddos. It was a joy to release the crabs back into the water after our adventures, and during high tide, we enjoyed swimming in the ocean.One of the highlights was kayaking, which we absolutely loved. Michael, our host, was incredibly communicative, friendly, and accommodating. We thought we had a fridge issue, but he was quick to reassure us and ready to resolve it in no time. The beds were exceptionally comfortable; I don’t think I’ve ever slept as well as I did during our week-long stay.We were pleasantly surprised to find a washer and dryer in the unit, which wasn't mentioned but was a great convenience for washing our clothes before heading home. The community felt safe, peaceful, and simply amazing. We can't wait to return!

The unit is as advertised. Host is extremely responsive and even offered us a late check out without us asking because the space was available. It felt unseasonably warm for mid October, but it's been that way in AZ, it's been a hot October. The club house is nice, and it's nice to use the kayaks and walk the golf course in the sunset. We would stay here again.

This condo was so beautiful! Perfect getaway! We went here for a family trip and we had plenty of room and the neighbors were so nice and gave us great advice on what to do! The host Michael was so friendly and continued to check in with us to make sure we were all happy! What a dream vacation! It was my moms bday and she was so happy!! Thank you!

This was a beautiful place to stay. Loved that we could walk to the beach, swim in the pool and enjoy the hot tub. Also having the option to paddleboard or kayak in the lagoon was a definite added bonus. Would stay again.

Birthday getaway! I traveled with my kids and my parents. The host was great, awesome communication. The condo was perfect, so clean! My kids and I loved the pool, lake and beach access. There is so much to do, whether you are staying in or sight seeing.
