This unit is the first floor/ground level of the house. It has it's own entrance with a screened in lanai and open covered patio facing the beach. Large comfortable space has breathtaking ocean views, with access to the beach and a community pool.

This 2 bedroom casita sleeps 6 and has everything to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. A fully equipped kitchen, TV, free wifi, and A/C, plus full size washer dryer. There are SUP boards and kayaks for rent. This property has easy access to transportation, and it is close to the airport, West End, West Bay Beach and grocery stores.

The property is unique to Roatan. Just off the main road to a private beach area that is part of the Roatan Marine Park preserve. The reef system parallels the white sand beach of Sandy Bay. A safe and calm area to swim and explore the waters abundant with tropical fish and corals. This is a quiet tranquil area without high end hotels and condos but close to the tourist meccas.

The quiet sandy beach includes a private 300 ft. long pier accessible only by the small Sundancer community. The pier has an upper deck for sunning, and a shaded palapa over the water.

Just off Sundancer's Pier to the right is a natural deep water channel that allows larger sea life to come and go on the reef. Often seen are large squads of squid, eagle rays, turtles, huge grouper and large parrot fish. This natural opening in the reef also makes it easy for boats to pick you up for fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling and touring.

Property is conveniently located in upper Sandy Bay, with grocery stores just 5 minutes away. West End is about a 6 minute taxi ride headed West. The airport is a 10 – 15 minute ride away. The long Sandy Bay Beach stretch offers a variety of Roatan Island activities. The Salty Mango restaurant is right next door, to the east, and Lawson’s Rock is next door to the west, with a morning café, and restaurant. Anthony’s Key Resort is 1 mile to the west, with dolphin encounters, restaurant, plus a medical facility, offering COVID testing. You can rent a car or scooter to explore the island as well.

This beach has some of the best snorkeling on the island. you will see dive boats that take tourists out to the reef that you can swim to. We look forward to hosting you!

Property is just as described; Manager checked in on us soon after check in and gave us some good tips, which were appreciated. Beachfront property, ideal to watch sunrises and sunsets, can snorkel from the dock. Nice community pool.

We had a great time in roatan, we had a little trouble finding our house for the week but I found the grounds keeping who called Vanessa the property manager and had him show me the way, then she came about an hour later to make sure we got in ok and give us more water since she was leaving out of town for the weekend, we exchanged Facebooks in case we needed to get a hold of her and sure enough I couldn't find the broom and dust also we needed life vest, she was able to tell me where to find all cleaning tools and had her husband drop off the life vest the next morning, the grounds keepers kept the beach and surrounding area clean and beautiful, and Angel the night security guard we had was wonderful to talk to he brought our girls fruits to try and showed them fish he caught off the dock, we felt safe and comfortable there and can't wait to go again, we'll definitely rent from Conrad again he was helpful and responded quickly. Thank you again for the wonderful stay at your beautiful beach home next we will want to still at least 2 weeks

The place was right on the beach with the dock. I was unsure, that the listing, stated entire house but we only got the bottom section. Which is okay with it being just my husband and I. Our intention was to relax and decompress, and that's what we did

This casita provided a comfortable, quiet, relaxing place to stay. The porch and the dock both offer a nice place to read a book or watch the ocean. If you fill the hummingbird feeder with sugar water, it will be busy with numerous hummingbirds. The host and property manager communicate well and are very responsive. The kitchen is reasonably equipped and together with the grill, cooking is pretty easy. A guy comes by to sell fish and seafood. Since we did not rent a car, we had our shuttle stop at Eldons supermarket on the way from the airport. There wasn't much in the way of groceries or restaurants close within walking distance. (There is a gas station/convenience store less than 10 mins walk - they have mostly snacks and drinks, etc. but they also sell prepared foods, and the baleadas arecheap and quite good.) A taxi to West End is about $3 per person, or there is a local route that vans drive that are a bit cheaper ($2 to West End). Just stand by the road, someone will stop. The snorkeling at the reef was quite good. It's about a 10 min swim to get there. You have to swim across the channel that boats use, but traffic is pretty rare. The swim to the reef is worth the effort. There is also a dive operation just a short walk up the beach. They also do snorkel excursions. Overall, a low-key, no-frills, comfortable place to stay.

The location was great, it was nice to walk out the door and snorkle. Fact. However, I would stay elsewhere. Vanessa was great. The owner, not so much. He was confrontational and defensive to say the least. Whenever I communicated with him, it felt as if he was talking down to me. Minimal necessities were lacking. No sponge to do dishes, no broom to sweep up. We stayed 10 days on the beach and had no easy way of cleaning. The AC in the kitchen and bedroom leak. The silverware and plates were dirty. I pulled out spoons that looked like they had gobs of crisco on them. The screen on the deck was completely torn. Vanessa did get it fixed for us quickly. However, when we first arrived and asked for the screen to be addressed, we were told the owner doesn't want to fix it when he has guests above us. We were told the day before we arrived the pool was closed. They did get that reopened halfway through our trip. The last day it rained and we had hundreds of bugs in the unit that night which is good, I guess, for the gecko living in the kitchen. For us, not so good. We did not sign up for a pet gecko. This is the only VRBO I have stayed at that did not have a guest book to leave a note. To me, that says the owner doesn't care. Why wouldn't you want your guests to be able to write about their experience and read others. Thanks again to Vanessa for doing everything she could to assure we had a nice stay.

We had a wonderful 3 weeks in Roatan at this beachfront locale. Sunsets were spectacular! Everything was as described and comfortable with all we needed to live on for our long stay. The BBQ was a necessity for us as we enjoyed grilling the fish provided by the local fish monger. We thoroughly enjoyed being on the ocean and were snorkeling or swimming each and every day. The snorkeling is a short swim offshore and recommended - remember to bring a safety float. Conrad and Maritza were helpful and responsive if any issues came up. The island of Roatan is still in need of much improvement with its infrastructure but power outages are fewer than in the past and local taxis are abundant and of reasonable cost (best to use Lempiras to get to Eldon's Grocery store etc). Hopefully when we return there will be some sidewalks in place as walking beside the road here is not safe. A few minor fixes to the Lanai screen and a number of the doors would be advised. Also, a comfy lounge chair on the deck would have been a perfect addition. Overall a great chill holiday.
