Modern Beach House on intracoastal, heated/cooled pool, walk to IRB beach & town

This home was beautiful inside and out. The host was quick to respond to my questions. The pool, and outdoor spaces were well maintained, we felt like we were at a private resort. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds and linens were soft and dreamy. The beach was a short walk and it was great that the home had a wagon and chairs. We didn’t need to bring a thing. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was great, extremely well equipped, and very close to the beach, bars and restaurants in IRB. Corey was very responsive when we reached out for a couple things and our experience was made even more enjoyable as a result. Thank you for a great week!

Home was as advertised and Corey was a pleasure to work with… checked in to ensure stay was on point. Home came stocked with many incidentals which was a big help when cooking and making drinks…. Excited to come back in the future…..

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! Super clean, well and thoughtfully stocked (just what we needed but not cluttered), and great spaces! We enjoyed the fire table everyday, loved that it was in a covered space. I’m saving the best until last, though! The pool was magnificent!! Corey and Kimberly keep it heated and use a solar cover. We had a cool week in Florida but the pool was always warm. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We could see several neighboring pools and no one was in them because they didn’t have covers and I’m sure they were to cold to enjoy. We easily walked to the beach for sunsets, ice cream and restaurants within a couple of blocks! We highly recommend this lovely place

My husband and 4 children (15,14,14 and 12) stayed in this lovely home. Everything was great and so close to so many different beaches and restaurants. The only thing is the pull out bed (under the single is small and hard to fit my kids). All in all great home

Had a great time in Indian Rocks Beach. House was close to many attractions. Quite Neiborhood. Nice outdoor area and pool.

Our stay on IRB was a absolute delight. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. The proximity to the beach was perfect, allowing us to easily spend our days soaking up the sun and playing in the waves. The pool was an added bonus for those days we didn’t feel like loading up and heading to the beach. What really stood out to us was the responsiveness of the owners. They were attentive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about ensuring we had a great experience. Any questions we had were promptly addressed, making us feel valued as guests.

The property was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. Corey was a great communicator and reached out ahead of our trip to let us know everything about the home. Great Location!

I cannot say enough about this place. We had a multi-family of 8 total & had ample space. 7-10 min walk to the beach, wonderful pool in the backyard, & so many amenities such as pool toys & floaties, sand toys, wagon, cooler, umbrellas, & canopy for the beach, etc. We saw dolphins in the inlet (backyard) 2 of the days & they stayed about 20 minutes jumping & playing. The house itself it absolutely beautiful and the neighborhood is as well. The owner was very responsive to all of my questions. You won't ever regret staying in this house.

We really enjoyed our stay! Very clean property with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your beach vacation. Owner was very communicative and responsive. Can’t recommend enough!
