Stayed Jul 13, 2025This was a trip to the beach to catch up with our MA family and this home fit the bill perfectly. Large enough for 10 people to sleep without it feeling crowded, close to the beach (5 min walk), fire pit, patio and grill and beach chairs...even a wagon for the kids. It was perfect for us and we appreciate the hospitality very much!

Stayed Dec 25, 2024This property had a good amount of space and was very comfortable. It is an easy walk to the beach, which I enjoyed even in December. John was a responsive and helpful host. The kitchen was well stocked and the stay was terrific.
